A nice house with several perfectly equipped guest bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful sea views from the terrace and the balcony. Entrance and kitchen are shared with the owner but are fully available to guest nevertheless. The house has absolutely everything one needs during the stay, and the host provides very helpful advice on places to visit. We've enjoyed their hospitality so much! Also, within 1-hour drive you reach the peaceful beaches of the Aegean as well as the main sites on the Dardanelles. Walks in the hills and fields make it a great place to explore the nature of Thrace and pay a visit to Troy.

Along the beach, there are places that you can eat, drink and chill. With its panoramic view of the bay, the balcony offers a unique experience that you can share with your family and friends. You can use the stone grill to cook delicious food. It is a 5-minute drive to Tatlisu and Dalyan towns that You can meet your needs like Shopping, dining etc.

The garden was very nice, there was a barbecue in the fireplace. Mr. Ali helped himself, thanks to the fire of our barbecue. You can sit at the table right in front of the door and enjoy your tea in the evenings. There is a nice and long coast around where you can take a walk. There are a new generation tavern on the coastal road and beach cafes, I recommend going. The house was very clean, we did not have any problems. They gave us what we needed. Missing; There was no iron, hair dryer, and no shampoo. Also, the toilet seat and linen were broken. In summary, I would definitely recommend staying because the location is very good and the price is much more affordable than other houses around.

Everything was thought out in the house and the house was extremely clean. The location of the house was 2 minutes walking distance to the sea. The sea was very nice and clean. we had a very enjoyable holiday. It is in a peaceful, very calm environment. It is pleasant to watch the sea view and the sunset on the terrace. The terrace is spacious, a pleasant and privacy environment where you can have nice conversations with your family while watching the beautiful view while eating your meal. The house does not overwhelm you. The house is exactly as in the photos. A relevant host in Mr. Utku helped with everything. Their return is fast. Thank you Mr. Utku for his interest.
