Great place to stay in Kaikoura. Neat , clean and with great views of the sea and within walking distance of the beach. Near city centre. Will recommend to friends and stay here again if an opportunity presents itself.

I highly recommend Caitlin’s place! The house is brand new, spotless, and beautifully maintained—everything was so clean and tidy when we arrived. The bed was incredibly warm and comfortable, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The towels were soft, fluffy, and felt like hotel quality. The home is fully equipped with everything you might need, from kitchen essentials to thoughtful touches that made our stay feel extra cozy. Caitlin was also a great host—very responsive and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely spectacular in every way! By far the best place we’ve ever stayed in. We had dreadful weather during our stay which meant going out was not an option, but with a place like this it didn’t matter a bit. We were cosy and had everything we needed and watched the waves crash and the wild weather all day long from the amazing big windows. The views are incredible and that’s with limited visibility so can only imagine how stunning they are on a good day! Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we’d love to return one day. Thank you so much ☺️

This apartment opening out onto the beautiful Kaikoura Bay was fantastic. We awoke to a beautiful sunrise both mornings from our bedroom. The apartment was Immaculately presented with attention to detail in all aspects. It boasts quality fittings, towels, linen etc. Proximity to the local picture theater allowed me to nip next door to watch 'Tina' which I thoroughly loved. Walking distance to restraunts. Very, very good value for money.

What a spot. Lovely winter stay with plenty of wood and a roaring fire to keep us warm. Fantastic house, so much space and comfy beds. The pizza oven was a real highlight. Thanks so much!

Andy & I had a great stay @ Yoko's & Tristan's accommodation. House was excellent & the off street parking was helpful with a trailer & ute load. Easy walk into town to hot pools & restaurants.

Tania’s Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! It looked exactly like the photos, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful details throughout the home. The special Mother’s Day card was such a lovely touch, and the decor was beautifully curated, perfectly complementing the overall theme of the house. Beautiful, warm, spotless property. Felt just like being at home! Check in was a breeze with very clear insturctions from Andrew. We arrived later in the eveing and walked into a warm and inviting home. Would highly reccommend this property especially for those travelling with children/teenagers.

Stunning, spacious mid century house, big homely kitchen and beautiful peaceful gardens. Short walk to the park at the end of the street. Gas heater kept the home toasty during cooler nights. Sarah was a very responsive and accommodating and we would definitely rebook if given the opportunity.

We really enjoyed our time in Blenheim and especially staying at Nikki and Nigel’s. The cottage is exactly as described and it felt like home as it has all you need and well setup with a great attention to detail. The fact it is on such a beautiful property is the icing on the cake. We loved the horses and Briddy the Lab came and spent some time on the porch for a pat. Thank you for sharing such a unique and beautiful space.
