Now, we finally rent out our newly renovated (ready 2022) unique farmhouse of 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave,coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4a. The bathroom farmhouse gem, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs there is the bedroom, 160 bed, a small sofa and armchair as well as swivel smart TV. The farmhouse is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

Sjöhuset - boats, beach, sauna, jetty and barbecue!

Create new memories in a unique accommodation on a large south-facing headland with panoramic views of Lake Storsjön. In the canoe, boat or Stand Up Paddle on the fish-rich lake (70 km² and 150 islands). Late breakfast on the jetty. Swim privately from the jetty or by the small sandy beach after the sauna. Close to Högbo Bruk with mountain bike trails, canoe trails, paddle tennis, cross-country trails and large forests. 28km to Kungsberget's ski resort for slalom & cross country skiing, hiking, bear safari. Cozy cottage with proximity to the sea in Finnharsfjärden, 35 minutes from Gävle. The main building of about 50 sqm2 has one bedroom with four beds as well as shower and toilet. Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher that was newly renovated in 2020. Living room with wood stove. Fiber retracted. Large plot with nice lawns and only a stone's throw to the sea. On the property, there is also a guest house with two beds in a sofa bed and bunk bed with a wider lower bed, the house is newly renovated. On the property, there is also a newly built wood-fired sauna available

Farmhouse in rural environment with pool and sauna

The house is about 5 km from E4 and 8 kilometers from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are brought by the guest or can be rented for SEK 150/set. TV and Wi-Fi available. On the property there is a gym with ping pong table and a wood-fired sauna to dispose of. Summertime there is also a heated swimming pool. An additional home in large apartment can also be rented.

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

As our guest you are close to restaurants, stores and the amazing nature life this village offers. The cabin offers a big kitchen, WC with shower & washing machine and a lot of social spaces. Three adults sleep comfortable and extra beds can be provided upon request. Towels and bedsheets is included.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Cozy cottage in basement located in lush garden with fruit trees. The upper floor has an open floor plan with kitchen and living room with sofa bed. There is also a toilet with a combined washer and dryer. Bedroom in the basement, one flight down, with shower and sauna and with exit to large balcony with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.

10 min walking distance from the sea. 1 café, 1 restaurant open during the summer and weekends. 2-3 minute walk to bus stop. 10 minutes by car to golfcourse (with restaurant). Cyclepath all the way in to Gävle city. Towels and cleaning is included in price. Parking in the yard. Pets are welcome but not in the beds. Beds are ready when you arrive.
