Minsu Inokaya Minsyuku IZUTSUYA

Wonderful stay! The host was very helpful and always replied in a promptly manner. The bedroom and common areas were spotless. We took advantage of the homemade dinner and breakfast offer. It was delicious! It is easy to go to Ine either via a short bus ride or a 20-25 minute walk. We really enjoyed this seaside stay!

Machiya hotel YANAGI ― Akatsuki ―

A beautiful, cozy cottage that matches the photos. The courtyard was very nice to be able to sit outside for a while. The only thing we found less appealing was the open sleeping areas upstairs, which gave a slightly less private feeling. Keep this in mind if you are traveling with multiple couples. Furthermore, a very nice experience and a top restaurant nearby: Sai Ramen. It is around the corner and it was the best meal we ate in Japan!

Breakfast incl/KINGYOYA renovated traditional house/Twin Room

IlanaRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Such an amazing host! The space is so beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. In the common space, there is a traditional Japanese garden that is stunning. They use a lot of incense too, making it so calming. You also get a traditional Japanese breakfast in the morning! You get your own room/bed, with shared bathroom. We went in the summer and thank God, there was AC in our bedroom. There's also so many family-owned restaurants in the area. We ate at so many hidden gems. All in all, incredibly worth it.

I stayed here for 2 days and had a great time. The beds are very comfortable and the shared spaces are very nice and well-maintained. It was fun to socialize with other guests and meet new people. Highly recommend!

Even though it was only for one night, the experience was still a very good one stay.Ichiro was really very welcoming and would ask about my itinerary and recommend places to go and restaurants and he was very happy to chat.I think this night will be memorable. It was very reassuring to stay because everyone followed the rules.Would like to come back again.

Beautiful home! We very much enjoyed spending time relaxing in the back garden area, listening to the rain and drinking tea. Absolutely everything you could want is provided, which was so appreciated because we were traveling light. The home itself is filled with wonderful unique art and was just a pleasure to be in. Highly recommend!

JR Uji Station 5, Keihan Uji 3 3

Rating, 5 stars6 days ago
It is a very convenient location for tourists who come to Uji for a few days and for fans of Keisuke who want to visit the sacred sites! The location is right next to Uji Bridge, and across the river is Uji Shrine and Mt. Daikiji, and everything is close! In addition, although it is a homestay and a public toilet, it is fully equipped and clean, and convenient to use!In addition, the homestay owner was also very enthusiastic when I checked in, but I don't speak Japanese and my English is not good, but I understood by relying on body movements.Overall, a pretty good experience!
