Holiday rentals with a patio in Ayas

We had an incredible stay at Marielle's accommodation. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and very clean. We felt at home! Marielle and her spouse are generous and warm hosts. We hope to be able to return someday!

Amazing apartment with fantastic balcony

This is the best airbnb I've ever stayed in. If you are looking for a romantic get away or a peaceful few days away from everything- you won't find better than this. The location is so remote with the most incredible views and so many trails in every direction. The house itself is an old barn from the 1800s which has been incredibly tastefully renovated keeping the old character but also balancing that with modern comforts. The spa room is so amazing and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi which is easily big enough for two people. Alessandra and her husband were incredibly friendly and we appreciated so much all their generous touches - the beautiful home made bread, cakes and jam for breakfast, the prosecco in the sauna room and tea and coffee. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is comfortable and the apartment is warm and cosey. We felt incredibly welcome and at home and we can't wait to go back!

If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

Beautiful, spacious and clean place with good beds. Friendly welcome by the co-host. She couldn't speak English, but Google Translate helped. She gave a tip to eat at Vecchio Braciere. Very tasty and good grappa.

We had a great stay and would stay here again! Sabry was very responsive and wonderful to work with. The layout was perfect for what we needed and included a play area, toys and activities for the kids. The place was spotless; super (impressively) clean for not being a brand new place. The decor was warm and inviting. It can feel a bit cold in the house (rainy season) and the beds were made accordingly - cozy with the layered bedding. Kitchen was well equipped. Stunning views. Short drive to city center and ice rink (why we were here). My only suggestion is to leave a bit more extra toilet paper in the cupboard ;)

the house is immersed in an enchanting landscape, surrounded by the mountains and in front of the Lozon pond. The nature around is beautiful, perfect for those looking for peace, relaxation and walks. Our dog also appreciated it. The house is equipped with everything and, if needed, it warms up well and quickly. Mr. Lucio welcomed us with courtesy and also showed us a great restaurant in the area. Thank you for everything. Janja's place is wonderful, very friendly and cozy. The windows go to the floor in the living room and bedroom, so it is not only very bright, but also offers a really magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. We felt extremely comfortable in Janja's apartment, which is quiet in Saar-Fee and not far from the village center. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back sometime.

Simply fantastic stay. The location is fabulous, easy to find, wonderful accommodation and two Hosts Alessandra and Andrea nothing short of sensational, nice, present in the right way, companions and super helpful. In addition, the two 4-legged friends Tia and Carlotta, who are very sweet and affectionate, are a presence that is never cumbersome and extremely pleasant. We will definitely return, I recommend anyone passing through the Aosta Valley to book because it is really worth it, VERY GOOD❤️

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The apartment looks exactly like the photos—clean, well-decorated, and cozy. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the balcony overlooking Aosta. The neighbors in the building were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even nicer. The home is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, though we could have used a few more plates and glasses. Nothing major—just a small note for future guests. The location feels a bit remote, so having a car is definitely necessary to get to restaurants or into town. That said, we really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and appreciated the chance to unwind in such a scenic setting.

Wow – what an incredible stay! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Rossella is an outstanding host – warm, thoughtful, and incredibly responsive at all times of the day. She truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The apartment itself was spotless and so comfortable – even better than the photos! There were so many lovely personal touches that made it feel really special. The hamper of Italian snacks and wine was such a thoughtful and generous surprise – we felt instantly at home. The location is also super convenient, with everything you could possibly need just a short walk away. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Superb location - 5 min walk (in hiking boots) from Courmayeur - Plan Checrouit Funiva. Great views. Clean, warm and everything we needed in the kitchen to cool for 2 adults and 2 children. 3rd bedroom has no blinds so take an eye mask ( luckily we did).

Great location. Nice to have a car parking space which was very convenient as a little bit of a trek down to the town if you are not up to skiing a red or want to go to shops etc. Host was super responsive.
