The maisonette is located in the courtyard of our property in Rouillas-Bas in the municipality of Aydat.

Refurbished accommodation, located in the heart of the Parc des Volcans d 'Auvergne, close to the D2089 and all amenities (bakery, pharmacy...). Ideal for visiting the area (hikes, lakes, Vulcania, Puy de Dôme, Clermont-Fd about 20 minutes away). Kitchen, sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, separate WC. Upstairs, room with double bed (160) and bathroom (bathtub). On the ground floor, room with washing machine, allowing to store bikes, skis...

The "Chalet Perché" of Mont Dore

Small atypical, unique and charming cottage perched just above the city center of Mont Dore, accessible by an uphill path of about 80 m. Feeling of being immersed in nature, with a beautiful view of the Capucin Mountain… while being less than a 5-min walk to the city center, thermal baths, terraces, shops… It has an equipped kitchen open to a living area with sofa bed, a bathroom and a bedroom. Cleaning, linens and towels included.

We welcome you to our guest room located on the ground floor of our house . The price includes the night and breakfasts made up of organic or local products. Linens and towels are provided , cleaning is provided by us at the end of the stay. From September to June we offer a meal basket for 2 people at €33 (homemade soup, Auvergne terrine, St Nectaire farmer, homemade bread, cheese glass with fruit)+ €6 with a Btl de Chateaugay.
