Tiny house with a terrace has 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen with equipment, 1 living room (total interior area is 20m2) and garden area with grass (Our grass turns yellow in winter)The total land is about 500 m2. There is a dinner table for 4, filter coffee machine, tea machine, electrical stove, washing machine, midi size fridge, and dishwasher. For winter season; jacuzzi is not available.There is a 12 btu air conditioner. In the summer, the city hall's wedding garden is active.There may be noise.
