Holiday rentals with beach access in Aydın

It was a wonderful experience for us. We stayed on vacation with 3 girls. The house was cleaner and tidier than we expected. Everything is carefully prepared and everything is thought out. Mr. Kutay was also very interested and meticulous. I was able to reach him in a short time whenever I wanted. We were here for part of our vacation. When we saw the house, we thought we'd continue our vacation here. We came by private car, so I don't have any information about transportation.

the room it's nice and clean, but at nice Abit noisy from the street car and biker. and if you go with the car not a good idea difficult for the parking in the day. at night it's fine

The Apartment is beautiful, with spectacular views from the large balcony garden overlooking sea to Pigeon Island. Lovely just sitting watching the boats come and go with an amazing sunset. An easy walk into town for those who like the hustle and bustle. Aydemir was a fantastic host who responded promptly to any enquiry, was very friendly and kind, he helped with our luggage on arrival and departure, a good guy. The apartment is spacious with good facilities. I highly recommend this apartment. Barbara and Graham, Scotland.

A nice flat .Accommodation was as advertised, AC, Dishwasher and washing machine, etc. Walkable to town centre.

We really enjoyed this apartment. We believe that this is the best option to be in Didyma. Very close to the sea and the promenade. The apartments are new, very clean, everything works. Bed linen in a good hotel. Thank you very much to the owner

The apartment has an amazing sea view and large balcony off the living room. The sea view is unobstructed with views of the harbour to the left and the marina to the right. There are also balconies off the two bedrooms which means you always have the option of sun or shade. Despite being on the main road the apartment was really quiet. The shower was really powerful and the apartment was very clean. Mine was a lovely host, very friendly and helpful. She offered to change the towels and bed linen as frequently as we wanted. We would definitely stay here again, we loved it.

I had a wonderful time staying at this place in Kuşadası! The apartment is right on the harbor – when you look out the window you can immediately see the sea, which can be reached in just one minute on foot. Also restaurants, cafes and the pedestrian zone are right outside the door, which makes the location really perfect. The apartment itself was very clean and cozy. I would like to highlight the hosts: they were extremely friendly, accommodating and always helpful. I felt completely comfortable and welcome. We have been a guest of Mr. Ahmet in this facility for 3 years. We love Bozbükü and the site. The house was right in a location we wanted, close to the sea. The cleanliness was better than the previous years. The music on the beach can be too much. The view and pools are very nice. Very close to the market adonis36. The family atmosphere in general. Hope to see you next year...

Mr. Sinan was very interested. The house was very clean and tidy. The location of the house had a natural structure. We were disturbed by the biting flies, but we stayed for a short time. It was a house that met all our needs. There is the opportunity to barbecue in the garden.

Its peaceful place for every one feels as at home. The house is beautiful and cosy, specially the patio with a beautiful view. The house surrounded by flowers and trees. I really enjoyed to stay with my family. Lots of available street parking. All restaurants, shops and beaches are 5-10 min to drive.

It was all as described. It is a very quiet complex/apartment. There are small markets for daily needs in the immediate vicinity. We were satisfied. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. There is a small restaurant there that also rents beach loungers for 200 Turkish lira (as of 05/26/2025) and you can also eat lunch there. Apartment, bed linen, kitchen towels are clean. We would rent the apartment again.

We recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb villa for our holiday, and everything was exactly as depicted in the pictures. This villa is perfect for both family holidays and getaways with friends. The attention to detail was impressive, from the tasteful furniture and kitchen utensils to the comfortable garden furniture. The location is lovely, just a 10-minute walk to the beach and only 2-3 minutes by car. The hosts were responsive, kind, and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

completely by chance, I saw the airbnb site and Ms. Emine's house. I read the comments, everyone wrote amazing things, and everything looked very nice in the photos, but I was a little nervous because I was going to go with the guest and, frankly, they were difficult to please my guests :) Ms. Emine greeted us and I felt like I was in my own house as soon as I entered the house. Everything was immaculately tidy and tastefully furnished. The kitchen utensils were clean as if they had never been used and everything was dropped. The beds were spotless and comfortable, and I was very comfortable as someone with herniated disc. i literally looked for something dusty or dirty in the house, but there wasn't one Ms. Emine had planned and arranged everything in the house as if it were her own and the result was really magnificent... you can go and stay with peace of mind. Very nice grocery store, bakery, butcher market, all very easily accessible. The sea is already perfect I would like to thank Ms. Emine on my behalf and on behalf of my guests. I plan to go again in the summer:)

The location of the house was very good, close to the beaches, the site was calm and peaceful. The house was clean and the items were new. Mr. Ismet helped us with all our needs and provided our extra requests (like a bed and chair for the 2nd baby). We plan to stay again.

Little noise at night but nice appartment with good price/quality

They were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. They helped with everything. We provided very easy access to the beach, the grocery store and places where we could eat. Thank you very much for everything.

The apartment is exactly as described, with a magnificent, brand new facility. You can book blindfolded. Mr. Giray was extremely helpful with all our requests. Thank you for everything, especially snacks and drinks.

I think it's a price-performance hotel. Perfect for those who want to rent an apartment. We had a holiday with the taste of a hotel. Seafront and with a pool. The pool is very hygienic. Especially the facility manager Mr. Kaan and his team are very tolerant and kind people. I recommend it.

We really enjoyed our visit. The host was quick to answer questions. It was very easy to get to the different places we wanted to visit from there. And the apartment itself was great!

The place was very nice, right in the center of old town Bazar which is the most beautiful area in Kuşadası I believe. Ayşegül was so sweet, nice and helpful. It was clean and nice, lots of bars and restaurants around to have fun. Plus it's close to the port. Definitely recommend it.
