Beachfront holiday rental in Aydın

It was really amazing stay! The villa is very comfortable, as it felt like home the next day. Beds are super comfortable. There are 3 bathrooms (1 with the entrance from the garden, 2 on the 2nd and 3rd floors), but we almost haven't used the 3rd floor. There are 2 air conditioners - one at the living room, and another at the stairs on the 3rd floor, so it cools 3rd and 2nd floors. But with the smart use of window shatters you don't actually need air conditioners that much if temperature is about 30-33 degrees. Kitchen has literally everything, and even more! Wi-fi speed is very good also. Neighbourhood is quiet, the sea is in 4-5 min by foot. The beach is sandy and wide, and it wasn't much crowded even during the national holidays. The nearest market is 3 mins by foot, there are all the essentials. A101 is about 8 min by foot, and near it there is small vegetables market with fresh food and good prices. Overall it was our best vacation!

This stay was perfect… Check in was easy and flexible the host met me at the apartment.. Very friendly and always made sure i had everything i needed.. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the location was 2mins walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops.. Lovely hosts and i will be booking here again and again :)

Mavişehir is a destination where we vacationed in the previous year, but we stayed in Denizli Teachers Site where Ms. Başak's house is located for the first time; the location of the site and the location of the house offer fresh air, silence and a decent holiday opportunity among the trees, and Ms. Başak is very caring and helpful, the interior of the apartment is very clean and has all kinds of house supplies, the house is quite close to the sea, the sea is clear, but it is a little mossy and foam is seen on the surface of the water from time to time. Location Location Location, on the beach, 4 restaurants 2-3 minute walk, Dolmus station at the top of the road so never a problem getting a seat into town 6-8 minutes away, always exciting for many reasons 😂 the villa has everything you need for a very relaxing time. The beach gets busy from 5.00am and is also very clean, rock free. If you’re thinking of going here, stop thinking & start doing, it’s a fantastic place, sit outside on the big swing seat or relax in the rocking chairs or around the large table. It’s nice and shaded in the afternoon but in the morning, scorching 😎. Although it was our first time in this villa, it won’t be our last. Ms. Zeynep is a nice host. You can quickly answer your questions. Mr. Hakan, who met us, and his wife are also very kind and helpful. Davutlar is calm, the site is full of listening. The pool is very clean and sometimes you use it as a private pool. Having two bathrooms is an advantage. There is air conditioning but not necessary. It's not too humid. You can open the windows and go to bed. There's a mosquito net. Ants are a bit of a hassle in the kitchen, but there's an ant medicine in the kitchen. If you have young children, you can go to İçmeler Bay in the National Park. The sea is like sand and the pool. If there are no children, you can go to other bays, calmer but stony. You can take your evening tea and beach damage to Sevgi Beach and get off. It's fun to watch the sunset. A101, Migros house service is available From Getir de Domino's etc.

We had a wonderful time staying at Adem's place in Kuşadası. Our group consisted of 5 adults, a 3-year-old child, and an infant, and the accommodation was perfect for all of us. The location was incredibly convenient, close to local shops with all the essentials you might need, and just a short walk to a lovely sandy beach. In addition to the nearby beach, we took some day trips to other stunning beaches that were only a 20-40 minute car ride away, making it a great base for exploring the region. Adem was an excellent host—helpful, responsive, and welcoming. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family stay. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Kuşadası!

First of all, the host immediately helps with the issue. The location of the house is very good, calm and close to the sea and the market. Overall, the house has a nice pool and cleanliness. What I can say is that there is no air conditioning in 2 rooms, it is a bit of a problem, the running water is running salty (it is not related to the house, it is that in that area). The deficiencies I said are huge and not a problem. We had a very comfortable and nice holiday with 3 families and 2 children. I would also like to thank Ms. Damla and recommend her to those who want to rent the house.

Stayed here for a week and a half. Great quiet location, bars & restaurants close by and downtown easily accessible via taxi. Ferhat was an excellent & thoughtful host and we'd absolutely consider staying here again in the future!

We were very happy with every aspect of our stay in Kusadasi on our trip to Kusadasi, where we went as a family. A place where you can stay for your holiday with peace of mind with the comfort of your own home and the attention and support of the host. Really close to the sea, 3 minutes by walk. It is also very close to Kusadasi Shopping Mall. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Absolutely! Top house in a beautiful location! We even got a welcome snack! The equipment is simply awesome! We felt completely comfortable! We will be happy to come back anytime! Especially for families with children, a dream because the beach is practically on the doorstep! Til next time!

I had a fantastic stay at Gorkem's place! The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful and quite, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The access to the public beach was a highlight, and I loved the nearby private restaurants and cafes that provided lounge chairs and umbrellas for a comfortable day by the water. The location is convenient, with markets within walking distance, though be prepared for a few inclines on the way. The long seaside promenade was perfect for leisurely walks, offering stunning views and fresh air. The house itself is spacious and airy, with high ceilings that create a lovely atmosphere. It would be an added bonus if there were lounge chairs and umbrellas available at the home for convenience. Just a heads-up: the patio doors are glass, so be mindful when using them as you'll pass through screens and iron doors. I did notice a bit of an odor under the kitchen sink and cabinets, but it didn't significantly impact my stay. Gorkem was an incredibly kind and helpful host.

This is a great place - stunning view of the sea from the living area and a big terrace overlooking the beach. Sylvia was a very helpful and generous host. Good spot for a few days of swimming and rest. Thank you for having us!
