Daniela and Tito welcomed us, as if we had met from before, they were very attentive to us. The cottage has everything you need to spend comfortable in coyahique, we felt very welcoming, the place is very special, surrounded by nature to rest and disconnect, they touched us two days of rain that we love. We will certainly return.. 💯 recommended. Our children enjoyed the surroundings every day with games, always accompanied by Nalca, the most affectionate dog we have shared with on this trip, there are also two more puppies that are very well behaved and that we will miss them!!!

Marco and his family are very friendly and helpful. We immediately felt at home. Our cottage (No. 5) had 1 room with one double bed and 1 room with three beds, so the four of us had enough space. The small kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and if something is missing, Marco is happy to help out. Especially nice was the evening together with guests from all over the world, to which Marco and his family invited. It was a wonderful evening. You can feel that Marco and his family lead their Refugio with a lot of love and dedication. Excellent stay, totally recommended either to rest and disconnect for several days or spend a night near Balmaceda for a flight the next day. The cabin was equipped with everything you need. Communication with Joel was always efficient.

Paola’s cabaña was a dream stay! We are travelling the Carretera Austral in a camper but needed a few days break from the car to rest and relax and this was the perfect place! We loved soaking in the tinaja and gazing at the stars, cooking some nice meals in the big and well equipped kitchen, and staying toasty with the fireplace - oh and the bed was super comfy! Paola was the loveliest host, it felt like we had known her forever. Highly highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the place and host was responsive and helpful to any questions . We are from the US and don’t speak Spanish. Will rent again next year, had lots of fun and some good fishing.

Extraordinarily beautiful, comfortable and pleasant cabins. full cleaning, very good beds. very nice and new furniture, very comfortable armchairs. Wood heating and it works like a charm. I felt very comfortable during my stay, I felt like I was at home. It should be noted that it has a charger for electric vehicles. 1000% Recommended.

The apartment looks the same as in the photos, spacious, very comfortable and with a beautiful view. The hosts were always attentive to our needs, provided us with firewood and other amenities, guided us on activities, tours and excursions that we could do in Coyhaique, and even helped us rent a car. We feel at home, we are very grateful, we will definitely be back!!

Wonderful cabin! Everything was impeccable and clean, located in a beautiful setting with priceless views of Lake Pollux and direct access to it. Close to downtown Coyhaique but far enough to disconnect (35-40 min) and get to know the surrounding cities and towns. The road is unpaved but totally passable and friendly, we arrived in a 4x2 vehicle. Its owners are a delight, they waited for us even though we were late and they accompanied us to the place, giving us the instructions very kindly, and were always very attentive to how we were doing. The cabin is really nice, comfortable and cozy, it exceeded our expectations, we recommend it 100%.

Carolina and Augustin were very attentive. Carolina helped us with information about one of the tours we wanted to do, which had a different protocol due to the cold. Without your indications, we would not have made it. The space is cozy, it has a full kitchen, which was great for preparing our meals. The heating is firewood, we love the experience of lighting and keeping the fire burning. The bed has electric heating, so we really get well heated. The location is excellent, with a wonderful view of Cerro Castillo and close to a fruit and market. We really like it!

This cabin is just as described. The unit is spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location is tucked away in quiet woods near a small river. The host was friendly (as were the family cat and dog) and made us feel very welcome.

The place is incredible, quiet and comfortable. Good facilities, comfortable for groups of 4-5 people, with good internet and installation for a good rest on the route. Puerto Guadal has everything, some restaurants, local supermarkets and plenty of commerce. We'll definitely be back!.

Miguel’s cabin sits on a very private slice of paradise 20km from town. Breakfast supplies and cleaning are provided daily by the host. The breakfast was generous, ham, eggs, cheese, bread, coffee supplies, juice, and milk. The hot tub was very relaxing, I used it two of the three nights I stayed. Firewood was replenished and brought to the porch daily. When I arrived the fire was already lit. I was resting late and I know the fire went out but after the visit from the host the relit the fire. Miguel was very friendly and helpful and when I had questions about stores or sightseeing he was quick to provide helpful information. Everything was comfortable and worked well. Everything was clean and fresh. The views are stunning. I would absolutely recommend staying at Miquel’s Cabin.

Alejandra is a very good host. Excellent communication. Always attentive to our needs. I even bothered her to ask her questions days before arriving and she always responded in time. Very nice the cottage. Strategically located for us because we needed to spend the night to go to the airport in the morning and it was very close, the place is very cozy and we had a rainy night that felt very nice.

Family trip with two small children, great experience, the house and impeccable surroundings. Very good location, although the last section is irregular, you do not require a 4x4. Close to Coyhaique (30 min.) and with a business nearby (en route 7 to the north 15 min), impressively quiet place, literally no noise is heard, the dog of the house sparsely barks, almost always in another space, and when it does not bother anything. Cristina is very friendly and always attentive to any need, with very quick response time. Excellent value for money, we would definitely come back.
