The house is located at the front of a lagoon that is formed with an arm of the Rio Ibañez, preferred habitat of migratory birds (Swans, flamingos, caiquenes, seven colors, royal duck, among others) It has a room on the first floor, and a large space on the second floor. The bathroom is divided into 2 spaces, one for the shower and one for the toilet.
