Algunas mejoras se pueden hacer pero por el precio está bien , muy buenas atenciones sobre todo y buena comunicación lo cual da un plus

Me encanto todo, pude lograr lo que buscaba que era descansar en un lugar donde no llegara algun tipo de ruido como musica y paso de vehiculos, fue muy bien. me gusto todo

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Puntarena Beach Condos. From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described — even better. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing weekend. The view was breathtaking, with the beach just a short stroll away. We especially loved starting our mornings with coffee on the balcony, enjoying the peaceful sounds of the waves and the fresh sea breeze. The property itself is quiet and well-maintained, offering the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway. The host was responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless. If you’re looking for a serene escape with beautiful surroundings and a cozy, well-appointed space, I can’t recommend Puntarena Beach Condos enough. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Realmente volvería a rentar, hubo una excelente comunicación, la casa muy confortable.

Excelente lugar. Esta ubicado en el mismo centro del pueblo y cerca de todo. El Apt es muy cómodo mucho espacio y limpio, también muy seguro. El host es muy atento, siempre responde a cualquier pregunta y cualquier inquietud. 10/10 para todo aquí. Privacidad, seguridad, y todo cerca y conveniente.

Indiscutiblemente hermosos; limpio todos los necesarios en el lugar correcto; me opedaria siempre me encantó el lugar lo recomendaré a todos mis amigos y familiares, Katiuska y Rosa son amigables… excelente servicio… lo amé.

10 out of 10. Everything was perfect. What made things better was the host Cristy. She was so helpfuI. When we arrived my boyfriend had a stomach ache and she went to the pharmacy for us as we didn’t know the area. She reassured us of the area and how the keys worked. Made us feel at home. Already looking to book again in May.

Excelente lugar para pasar en familia, la casa tiene todo lo que necesita, la playa bella y limpia y muy cerca. La piscina perfecta si tienes niños y quieres disfrutar con seguridad. El señor Apa fue muy Mabel y atento siempre. La pasamos genial !!

This home was exactly what my family and I needed. It was quiet and peaceful, we were surrounded by nature. Any questions or concerns we quickly answered and the best part was the pool. In the week we were there it was cleaned a few times which left me at ease. I would rate the home a 10/10 and when returning back to Bani in Dominican Republic I would definitely love to stay in this home if available. Highly Recommended.

Mi familia y yo disfrutamos del lugar y tuvimos una súper buena experiencia en este AirBnB. El lugar estaba tal cual se veía en las fotos, súper limpio y cómodo. La ubicación fue perfecta para moverme por la zona y el anfitrión siempre estuvo pendiente para cualquier cosa que necesitara. Si visitan Bani, este es el lugar perfecto para descansar y disfrutar en familia. Altamente recomendado!

Excelente lugar, mi familia y amigos la pasamos genial, definitivamente da mucha paz y los atardeceres son hermosos desde allí. Las habitaciones y otras áreas están muy cómodas. Solo me hubiese gustado tener alguna secadora ya que el tema de piscina y playa se humedece mucha ropa y pues que hubieses toallas disponibles para la huéspedes. Pero en general esta excelente volvería.

La pasamos muy bien en familia. La piscina va muy bien, la casa es bien amplia con 4 habitaciones, 2 de ellas con cama King, y cada habitación con su baño privado y aire. En general la propiedad es bien fresca. La playa no consideramos acta para bañarse, aunque alguien bien vivo pudiera meterse. En general, la pasamos muy bien; sin duda volveríamos.

El lugar hermoso y bien equipado, los servicios de Doña Ñoña son insuperables comida criolla exquisita, pero el anfitrión es FUERA DE SERIE, pendiente a todo y cada día una sorpresa, pendiente a todo y si algo pasaba lo mandaba a resolver de inmediato. Es un lugar que hay que ir y yo y mi familia lo recomendamos. Gracias Miguel, Ñoña y Dary.

Beautiful, clean, secure home. Easy check in and check out. Washer and dryer worked well. Felt at home. No water when first arrived but host was responsive and issue wax resolved quickly. No water issues the rest of the week. Would recommend and would stay again.

Raysa was an incredibly responsive and receptive host; she responded to all my questions quickly and thoroughly. However, I could have benefited from more detailed check-in instructions. The accommodation was exactly as pictured.

The place is to die for, looks just like the picture or even better. Will definitely book it again when we go back to Bani.

Agradable estancia en el apartamento de Wilkin, y con el acogido y las atenciones de Genova. El lugar es moderno, cómodo, espacioso y lleno de luz en una zona tranquila que permite descansar bien en familia. Dos cosas podrían mejorarse. Primero, los utensilios de la cocina (por ejemplo la falta de tazas grandes). Segundo las duchas que necesitan un poco de mantenimiento para controlar los escapes de agua y tener mayor presión de agua.

Es un buen lugar para pasar el rato y explorar Bani. El personal fue atento en todo momento para nuestras dudas. Lo recomiendo.
