Holiday rentals with a patio in Dominican Republic

I only went one night and I really liked everything. It was well located, it was clean, nicely organized, everything worked. If I had to rent it again, I would definitely do it again

Excellent apartment, José is always attentive, we only stayed one night and everything was excellent. Only the arrival by car is a bit complicated. Everything else was excellent.

Rhe place was wonderful, excellent view, especially at night. Powder room is small, but the place is well kept. mI would recommend. Earl.

This place was great. It looked just like the pictures. It was super clean. The host was the best part of the experience. He had tons of suggestions for things to see, things to do, restaurants to eat at.

Sergio’s place is very nice and neatly kept. However, I would recommend to have a car if you’re staying here since there’s not much to do or places to eat within the residential.

Punta Rucia for the first time and I loved it I stood here with my family for My 30th Birthday I couldn’t be any happier to have chosen this place BEST BIRTHDAY EVER I literally felt right at home , beautiful spacious villa ,the views just WOW WORTH EVERY PENNY! The staff were amazing, they greeted us at the entry of the home made sure we had everything and anything we needed . Octavio the one in charge of the home made sure we had a great time always asking us if we needed anything to make my birthday even more special he went above & beyond so grateful for him ! This place was incredible , impeccable views & services ! Henry was incredibly helpful and very responsive to our needs from the moment I booked his place this house is a dream my family won’t stop talking about it Overall you have a great team in this home they all helped one another literally felt like we were with our family we loved every bit ! I will definitely be back definitely recommend staying here

Me and my wife had a great time at Elena's place, we enjoyed our stay alot. The check in was easy and Elena and her husband is really friendly and great hosts. 5/5!

It was PERFECT! If you and the boys want to have a great getaway this is 1000% the ideal spot everything was as it looked in the pictures the host and guide Louis was amazing anything we needed he accommodated! LOVED IT! Will definitely be back next year!

I had an amazing stay at this beachside home! The privacy was truly perfect — peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. The house had everything I could possibly need, which made the stay so comfortable and easy. I’m also really thankful for all the assistance that was provided when needed and thoughtful touches throughout. It’s clear a lot of care goes into this place. I’m already looking forward to coming back again!

I recommend this property, it is beautiful and clean, equipped with everything. It has spacious rooms and very modern bathrooms, hot water and many towels for the whole family. Carlos place is one of my all time favorite. It has everything I needed and wanted. It was exactly as he described, very clean, spacious and comfortable, and in a private secured location. Restaurants and entertainment is in walking distance. Carlos was very responsive on anything you needed. This will be my choice to stay when I’m visiting Santo Domingo. Thank you Carlos!

I had a great experience staying here. The place was super clean, well-decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but close to shops and restaurants. The host was friendly and quick to answer any questions. I’d definitely stay again!

The accommodation is perfect for a short or long stay. It is well located and makes it easy to get to many places of interest. Clean, organized, and well-equipped. I would choose it again without hesitation.
