Beautiful townhouse located just 15 minutes from the urban area of Córdoba and thus able to enjoy the tranquility of the area. Just 10 km away is the Almodóvar Castle, one of the most beautiful fortresses in Spain, and just 10 minutes away are the ruins of Medina Azahara. On the ground floor we have the fully equipped kitchen, living room, toilet and a large pantry. Upstairs 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both floors have air conditioning. It has a nice porch with barbecue and private pool.

In total there are two bedrooms, a spacious living room with a fireplace and different environments, a comfortable and well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub), a very large terrace, access to a shared pool with the neighboring estate, a chestnut forest to walk through and two picnic areas.
