Our stay at Ruby Home was perfect! The host was responsive and staff is on-site to assist with any problems that may arise. The area is home to lots of great food and cafes. Despite the hustle and bustle of the main street, the airbnb is very quiet. You can even use the balcony to look out over the city. :)

My stay at Trang’s place was great. It was super spacious, with a full closet, bathroom with laundry, a kitchen space (first time cooking on this trip which was exciting!), and a really comfy bed. The bathroom didn’t have toilet paper, soap, or shampoo when I arrived, but when I asked about laundry detergent, Trang delivered it really quickly which I appreciated. The kitchen was missing a few basic things like plates, but it did have a good variety of pots and pans and unlimited drinking water. In terms of the area, it’s located down a very local alley in a nice part of the city. I liked the neighborhood a lot, but just a heads up, the Airbnb is directly beside a school, so in the mornings it can get loud with the school kids. That said, the evenings were peaceful and quiet, which was more important to me anyway. Lastly, as a remote worker, having solid Wi-Fi and a proper desk setup was key. The desk was great and the Wi-Fi was even better. Overall, I had a great experience!

Overall this was a great first experience of Vietnam. The host provided us with plenty of amenities that we needed, towels, spoons, bowels, etc. The location was also great, several convenience stores that had everything you needed just right below and there was no waiting on a grab to pick us up. We were able to quickly get to everywhere we wanted to within a 30 min radius. The host also provided several recommendations on places to eat, things to do and so much more which led us to the best massage ever. My only note is that the apartment does stay on the warmer side regardless of how cold you turn the ac down, but this is just something you’ll have to get use to it.

Amazing stay! This was my second time staying at Victor's apartment, and once again, it was a great experience. The location is perfect, the apartment is very nice and cozy, and the bed is super comfortable—it truly feels like a home away from home. Victor is a fantastic host: very friendly and responsive, always quick to answer any questions. 100% recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The host was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly helped with early check-in. The staffs were super polite and friendly. The only minor downside was that the gate closed at 10 pm, but the security was incredibly accommodating and quickly helped me whenever I needed access. I do feel a little bad for waking them up, but they were always kind and helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Anh's place was a really refreshing place to stay at. After staying in multiple Airbnb which are usually apartment complexes or low-rise condos, it was nice to have a more local and private space to stay at. As described, you'll have the whole floor to yourself and access is via elevator. All the rooms have nice views of the sports complex so no large buildings to block your view nearby. The maid that comes by 3 times a week really helped to keep the place clean and take away the garbage. Overall, it was a great stay and no issues with anything.

The apartment worth its money but you need to take relatively lengthy trips to any main attraction or for a decent meal. The street the hotel sits on is quite busy but it is very quite from 10pm to 6am.

Nice team, they helped me everything even doing the laundry. Fast and flexible check in, nice neighborhood, a lot of good food, easy to walk around, convenient store downstairs, the room was clean everyday. 5/5 rating!

I had my business trip in Saigon and during this period was very busy with us. Fortunately, there is Golden Tree to help receive things and let me put away thanks to things so our work is convenient and save a lot of time. Golden Tree has a reception on duty morning & evening that is very convenient to support guests all the time. The cleaning staff is also very attentive. I am very satisfied and next time I get to work in district 7, I will definitely stay at this place. Golden Tree hill also has a super delicious restaurant, in 8 days here I have had breakfast at this shop 4-5 times more 🤤 delicious than the famous ones in District 1. The surrounding area of Golden Tree is both quiet and safe with a lot of convenient restaurants.

10 minutes from the airport in a non touristic neighbourhood

I have stayed at this location three times now and it's always a pleasurable experience. The host is always friendly, the room is always clean and comfortable. A truly wonderful place to stay whenever I'm in HCM.

The place is roomy and very well-located in one of the most vibrant areas of the city. Van is very responsive. I enjoyed our stay.

The area of this place is accessible and peaceful. There are many convenience stores and restaurants to dine in. The room are in good condition which can accommodate to 15 people. It was a good stay🤗😘

I had a short but pleasant stay here which is conveniently located nearby the airport for my domestic trip in VN. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a hospitable and friendly host who helped me check in with ease. The room and services available was as described in the listing and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place not too far from the airport and city.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! Ho Chi Minh is a lively city, and we were able to explore a lot just by walking around the neighbourhood. We visited different street markets and also went to the supermarket a few times to grab some supplies. One of the highlights of the area was the variety of local restaurants nearby – delicious food at very affordable prices! We recommend downloading the Grab app to get from the airport, as regular taxis tend to overcharge tourists. The ride isn’t long, and with Grab, the price is fair and reasonable. Leslie was very helpful and provided clear instructions for check-in, and everyone we met was super friendly. We ended up shortening our stay to visit other cities in Vietnam, but when we’re back in Ho Chi Minh, we’d definitely stay here again. Great value for money!

Loved this place! The building has everything you need—multiple coffee shops, Citigym, ATMs, and several convenience stores—all close to District 1 without the intense bustle. Tons of great restaurants nearby too. The host was incredibly responsive and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, bars, and arranging airport transportation. The only suggestion I’d make is to perhaps add a few more kitchen items, like a coffee maker, blender, and some extra utensils. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants easy access to the best spots in Saigon. You can comfortably walk everywhere—just be mindful of the scooters, as they can be intense!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, shops, nail salons, hair wash spots, and massage places all within walking distance. The room itself was great—clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The washroom was also in great condition. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, even offering us a discount when we had to extend our booking on the last day. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 3 weeks. Apartment is lovely and few things we like mored, than others - amazing big spacious shower, felt like in a spa. Nice view without direct sun - you can see the sea, get the wind, but avoid strong day sunlight. No queues at the elevators and building itself is pristine clean. The rest of amenities were working good for us. It's a lovely place to hide and relax.

Really recommend would love to stay longer

The spot was lovely, in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. If you're traveling solo, or with with a partner that is cool with a very small studio and sharing that kind of space, this is an exceptional value for your money. The building is clean, the neighbors are friendly, and the cleaning and security staff are friendly. The area is very residential, so mostly families. You will not be in the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City, and if that's what you're looking for, I would suggest staying elsewhere. That is not to say you don't have access to restaurants and shops. A short Grab ride away, you'll find wonderful places to eat, pharmacies, whatever you need. The studio, again, is very small. If you have no problem with that, it's an excellent little room with a comfortable bed, a nice enclosed balcony, a full kitchen (burners, sink, and a good sized refrigerator), and a roomy bathroom. Your host is very nice and responsive. In short, it is a great place to stay in Vietnam.

Very nice apartment in a Vietnamese neighborhood within walking distance of Landmark 81 and Pham Viet Chan street. Lots of local food. The owner was amazing and his son too
