Hi Richard, Your house was wonderful – we felt very comfortable! As a family, we only missed the washing machine and a clothes rack a little 😄 But that was not a big problem. We will definitely be happy to come back to you – it was a really nice stay. The location is quiet and perfect for our children and our little dog Alexa. We had a wonderful stay at Margarita's house. It was exactly as described, with a lovely and sunny garden. The highlight for us was definitely the sauna, followed by a refreshing dip in the water – it was the perfect way to relax.

Agita was very welcoming, giving me some fruit and veg she'd just picked from her garden, and helped me out with the Jurmala fee - you need to pay to pass through Jurmala which will be an unexpected thing for most people. It was a stop-off point for me for a night, so I can't really say how it works if you're exploring Jurmala.

Cosy, clean, quiet place. There was everything for living. Very satisfied with our stay.

House was perfect for us. Fence around The yard was great for a dog. Shared yard wasnt problem, yard is big and very beautiful. We used grill outside and had some cucumber from garden. Beach is near and extremly beautiful. Houst was really friendly and house as descripted. Love to come again.

The apartment was very nice, good location, the yard was nice with activities for children. We enjoyed the bike ride, because there were bikes in this location. This was a nice bonus. I recommend it to everyone!

We stayed in this house for three days with a group of friends and were absolutely delighted! The house is bright, clean, very cozy and tastefully equipped. The location is great: close to the airport and the center of Jurmala, while quiet and peaceful. The area is well-maintained, with a beautiful garden, a grill and a summer kitchen — an ideal place to relax in the fresh air. Inside there is everything you need: dishes, towels, toilet and kitchen utensils, even small things like cotton pads and dishwasher tablets — everything is provided to the smallest detail. The pool is warm (24–25 degrees), the sauna is large, well-maintained. We used it twice a day, and the water and electricity bill was pleasantly surprising — it turned out to be very small. The house has beautiful noise insulation — even loud music does not interfere with those who relax in another room. The layout is very convenient, no one disturbed anyone, even when there were guests. Special thanks to the hostess of the house — Iveta. the house was great exactly as shown in pictures there was even a lot of extra stuff that they didn't advertise. the host was very responsive and did what ever we needed. the house was very clean.

Excellent cutiesie getaway spot, perfect for a weekend or so but not so much for a longer stay. It was perfect for us and the ideal spot for a weekend but the lack of a proper stove and utensils makes it difficult to cook over a longer time. Keep in mind that we loved the spot and the fact that the place gives you the option to cook is already great for the price. Overall, a lovely stay in a well decorated hotel room adjacent sized room. The bed is quite lumpy and an old mattress however (for the old folks)

The AirBnB was exactly as described. A very nice place for a getaway. The beach is within walking distance and the AirBnB is easily accessible by public transport from Riga. Unfortunately, we could not use the beautiful garden with barbecue facilities due to the many mosquitoes. Communication with Helena was very warm and straightforward. We enjoyed our stay very much and felt completely comfortable.

There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Responsive, hospitable host. I liked everything. P.S. Bring an opaque tape) In the hallway, the light is powered by a motion sensor without the ability to turn off this feature , this can create a slight discomfort. P.P.S. When checking in a few people, please note that there may not be enough hot water in the boiler for everyone. Overall, everything is alright.

It was an amazing and unforgettable place that we will definitely return to! Beautiful interior, every detail is tastefully chosen. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided, and the features of this place are honestly described. The host is incredibly friendly! We booked this place at 9 PM, just an hour before arrival. We were immediately contacted, given all the details, and the time was arranged. Due to our late arrival, we missed the restaurant, but the host kindly offered to feed us! She gave us a tour and even shared her experience of creating such a unique place. we really enjoyed staying at Martins' place. well stocked, beautifuly furnished, spacious apartment. we loved the deck and Nespresso machine was a nice touch. great communication and flexible check in and out, that we really appreciated. there were 3 of us and that was perfect, two extra beds are not private and maybe works for kids/teenagers. location is perfect! right next to art nouveau neighborhood and a short walk to the old town. plenty of restaurants and shops close by. I would definitely recommend Martins' place.

This apartment in Riga was in a really central location. Every day you could see tourists taking pictures of the three brothers' houses from the window. However, the noise was not a problem, because the accommodation was on the "top floor" on the third floor. Check-in/out was self checking and worked well. Edgars provided good instructions and everything you needed was included, including information on the history and sights of Riga, as well as other interesting restaurants and places. Edgars was helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was nicely decorated and it was nice to stay there, the only minus we missed was a microwave. If you want to stay in a really central location in the old town of Riga, you can't find a better apartment and place.
