The house has 2 bedrooms (one of them underground, bunker type) and a full bathroom.

The space on the lagoon is peaceful and private from other properties. There are two other units on the property, with whom access to the lagoon is shared. In the lagoon area there is a dock and two terraces, offering enough space for our guests.
