Our guesthouse has 4 beds, but if needed, we can accommodate + 2-3 people in a separate building with a separate bathroom. Air conditioning is only in the community area. There are restaurants, hiking opportunities, Spa and Adventure Bath (seasonal), kayak-canoe in the area. Private Jacuzzi for 3 people.

Apartment Zollus House is located in the old town of Osijek, in the very center of Tvrđa. One of the key things that make our apartment unique is the privacy, comfort and size of the entire property. Guests can enjoy a beautifully decorated seating area as well as a view of the street of the famous part of Tvrđa, where it is certainly never boring, and can relax on the terrace or courtyard that offers various entertainment facilities. Just a few steps from the property there are cafes, shops, a bakery and a pastry shop.

The Cottage Small but Nice

Our small holiday house "Huisje Klein maar Fijn" is located in the middle of the center of the village so that many facilities are within 150 meters such as: playground, Kulturház, post office and a supermarket. The Danube is located less than 750 meters from the cottage. Wonderfully central and equipped with all the comforts! The “Cottage Small but Fine” has been completely renovated and is suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults with 1 child. We have tried to create an atmospheric ambience which we think has succeeded!

KisKas - eco riparian foresthouse

A lovely footy house in Gemenc, hidden in the floodplain of the Danube. I punched it myself, paying attention to making most of the materials, accessories refurbished. You will live among old but charming stuff with a beautiful view of the river. There are a lot of toys (trampoline, slackline, swing, slide, ring) around the house, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area and hammocks under the walnut tree. There is a cultured compost toilet with almost zero maintenance. Private waterfront with boat.

Apartment in a nice, green part of the city 800 m from the center. Spacious, comfortable and bright, 56 m2. On the first floor. 1 bedroom, kitchen with dining room, fully equipped. Kettle, toaster, stove with oven. The bathroom is spacious, it has a washing machine. The living room has cable TV. There's a TV in the bedroom, too. The walls are decorated with art paintings. It has air conditioning, free Wi-Fi. Free parking in front of the building. Suitable for 3 people. Parties are not allowed.

Big garden for parking with fence, few minutes walking to the spa. It's beautiful and safe here with nice neighborhood. there are 2 bedrooms with 3 beds, 1 bathroom, 1 closed balcony where you can read and relax while enjoying the view, 1 big living room where you can also sleep if the 2 bedrooms are not enough. You can have barbecue in the garden. We speak Serbian, Chinese, English, Italian, Hungarian. We have 2 friendly ponnies in backyard that kids really love. Pets are all warmly welcome.

Equipped with everything you need for a relaxing, peaceful and pleasant vacation. Walking, fishing, swimming, nature park, horses, game, local food and wine, good restaurants, stunning views, all within a maximum of half an hour from the cottage. The sunsets are fantastic, and with our homemade wine, unforgettable. Pets are welcome.
