The place is very spacious and feels like home. The host is responsive to all our needs and we are grateful for that. We like the bedrooms and the beddings as it gave us a homey feel. The pool does not smell chlorine so we enjoyed it. The karaoke is also great - we used it for the most part. We really loved the place. It was indeed a wonderful quick getaway. We appreciate how responsive the host was even when we booked the place late.

The place is very nice, comfortable and accessible.. The beddings are clean.. The pool water is very pleasant to swim in, it doesn’t sting the eyes, no strong smell.. The couch in Villa 1 could use an upgrade.. They don’t have a stove yet but they improvised 2 butane stove at the bar outside,, it just rained almost our whole stay, so we need to bring the food from the bar to the villa with umbrella but the staff are super helpful and nice.. They assisted us in everything we need.. Will definitely go back.. Thanks a lot to the owners!

Great place if you want a huge space and homey vibe. Beds are enough for a lot of people. I’ve read a lot of reviews saying the place has not been maintained, but for an old house I would say it’s pretty decent and actually nice. So glad that the host was very accommodating - they let me visit the place and see it for myself before actually booking in the app. Just had a bit of trouble with security since it’s inside AFPOVAI with lots of entrance gates, but later on we discovered that there are alternative gate/s that are more accessible. Lastly, just like what most of the reviews said — the ate’s were great and very dependable during the stay. It’s just a bit hard to contact them remotely but during the stay I don’t have any complaints.

The caretaker was very kind and accomodating, Owner was also very reaponsive. the place was very nice.. water in the pool was not too cold. each bedroom was very clean and spaceous for 4 pax.. sala was very nice.. unfirtunately the videoke machine was out of service. but the rest were very good..

I’ve stayed in this property 6 times now as I attend business in Greater Manila. Beautiful villa with all you could need for a stay Really clean, comfortable and modern. Claudine manages all your name as housekeeper. Michiel and Rizza who own the property are incredible helpful and responsive. Really safe and secure location. Close to all key motorways for easy access to all major local cities. Could not recommend more highly.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the place with everything it had to offer. It was exactly as the photos showed and we were shocked at how well-maintained the place was. We were able to play boardgames and just the arcade which was extremely fun. At night we were able to also use the kitchen supplies and they all worked perfectly. We had the best time!

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The place was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to everything. I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Had a great and relaxing 3D2N stay at Hazel's listing. The whole place was clean with really good beds & pillows. We had everything we needed to cook and grill from the utensils, stove, griller, ice maker and purified water. ACs worked so well, the place was cold. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was really helpful since we were a big family. They also have two pools which was surprisingly warm. It rained one afternoon while we were swimming so we were very happy we could continue comfortably swimming! Cellular signal is good which was great since the bedroom downstairs in front of the main pool doesn't reach the wifi but wasn't really a problem for us. We just also didn't get to use the entertainment room that much since it was raining a few times during our stay and we had to walk a few steps up. Overall, we definitely recommend this place. Can't wait to be back with my family. Thank you so much, Hazel and team! :)

Very nice place!! The hosts are very friendly and tentative. They helped out my family on everything they needed and were very helpful. Awesome place to rent if you have a big party/family.

This Bali-inspired villa was absolutely stunning! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful design, and spacious layout. The pathway leading to the pool and main house gave such a relaxing tropical feel, and the whole place was perfect for unwinding. The pool area was a highlight—great for relaxing and spending time with friends or family. Everything was well-maintained and clean, and the staff/host was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a serene escape with Bali vibes without leaving the country, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommended!

We had a family outing in Casa Zacharías & let me tell you, it was exactly as you see in the picture. I didn’t expect the pool to be bigger on site than it was on the photo. Everything was aesthetically pleasing to the eye, the rooms were spacious, with cold air conditioning & we overall enjoyed our stay, adults & kids alike. Ms. Diana was very responsive & kind to my questions and I’m also pleased with the caretaker ate Elvie. Every time we needed assistance she was there to ensure everything is alright and that we got the help we needed. We will definitely come back!

We loved the place! The house was clean and had all the basic essentials. It’s a beachfront property, though there was no direct beach access during high tide. The pool with a view of the beach was perfect, and the garden gave the kids plenty of space to run around. The staff were all nice, friendly, and very helpful. We had an issue with the aircon in the master’s bedroom not cooling the whole room, but the staff promptly assisted us, tried to fix it, and provided an electric fan. Overall, still a great stay!

Tirta Spring Villas is a gem few hours away from the metro it was a very short stay but my family really loved the place. It was comfy and homey everything is clean modern and i cant really say more! Our short stay should have been a long stay! definitely will come back!

This resort was a phenomenal stay. Chloey was extremely responsive with the details and my specific needs for the dates of the stay which was flexible. When we arrived, the place was gorgeous similar to the pictures of the listing. There was plenty of space for gatherings and kitchens to cook in. More than enough rooms to sleep in and a gigantic pool for water activities. On top of all this, Chloey’s staff was extremely helpful with all our needs. Thank you everyone!

We celebrated my Mom’s birthday here. The place is spacious, clean and has the right equipment to make the guests life easier! I love the big rice cooker! The care taker is very accommodating! Thank you for the complimentary red wine! I totally recommend this place e to celebrate your special occasions.

We stayed at here over a Friday and Saturday need to celebrate our daughters 18th. The host, Avy communicated well, eager to assist, and the onsite Caretaker was helpful, ready to sort any issues (minor) that we had, without being intrusive. We had a recce prior to the booking date to check the venue out and were shown around by the Caretaker Sam. The place is very spacious, and we ended up using only 4 out of the 6 rooms, which was plenty for the 25odd pax. Sam came in after the first day to reset/spruce up the place and bedrooms were cleaned. As mentioned earlier the decor could do with some TLC as the open area downstairs, ie karaoke, kitchen/dining and pool table/garage looks to have suffered from successive party decorations damage, but once our chosen caterer had readied the place this was not really a problem for us. The pools were crystal clear and very clean. Thanks Avy & Sam for your assistance, we had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Villa Varoa.

The villa is very spacious. I really like the ambiance. Though there is an opportunity to work on the landscape of the place especially in the front and the side upon entering the villa. I would recommend the villa to friends and family.

The A-frame was comfortable, it's private, staff is responsive, and it is secure. There is outside space for events (we hosted one), catering and food service are available at reasonable costs. and other amenities are offered. We stayed for an extended period. Host was responsive to our needs. We especially enjoyed breakfast most mornings. Food is quite good and reasonably priced. The cabin is air conditioned, and the shower has warm water, two very nice features in this area. I know the listing shows these features, but we really appreciated these two factors. We recommend these accommodations.

The caretaker was very nice. We had problems with water during our stay but they were proactive in resolving the situation. We even ended up extending our stay because of the situation and they were nice enough to improvise a solution with the next booking.

overall good experience, host was very responsive, when we asked for rice cooker which i think is a private item of the owner, they kindly lend it to us, the place is spacious specially the dining area there some some that i think need improvements like the trash can on the toilet were not in the great condition, there is no locks in the toilet of our bedroom which i think is very important because you never know who will accidentally see you taking a bath lol, the room was not cold at first even though the AC was on but i guess its because its summer but eventually became cold other than that we appreciate the complete cooking equipments, the large tables, clean pool and overall great experience

My friends and I enjoyed our stay in Villa Alfonso! Mr. Alfonso, the owner greeted us and gave instructions during the check in. He was very hospitable and friendly. The house is large enough for a big group and perfect for a staycation. We had a lot of fun in the indoor pool, that was the best part of the house!

Location was excellent, the place was clean and value for money.
