Holiday rentals with lake access in Bacutia Beach

The house is cute! With emphasis on the super complete outdoor area with a swimming pool, barbecue area, external refrigerator. The rooms are all good with air conditioning. The bathrooms are also super good. Kitchen integrated with the living room, which guarantees a great space. I think I could have air fryer! It helps well day to day, but it is very well-equipped! The house is very close to the beach of Bacutia and you can walk - maximum 10 minutes. The way by day is quiet but the night is quite deserted and ideally needs to be made by car. It has market, drink distributor nearby and is next to Meaipe which has a good restaurant structure. It is 10km from Guarapari. The house is simply amazing! Very large, comfortable and cozy — we felt at home from the first moment. We were super welcome, with attention and affection, which has already started the stay on the right foot. Were sensational days! Mr. Antônio's house is wonderful and very clean and organized. The attention he gave us since before the entrance and even after the exit was surreal. Can rent without fear, vcs will be enchanted! In the condominium, close to the house there is a court with a lane around which was great for running, and I did not do my physical activity. I rented the house to a group of 23 people, a band that performed at my wedding. I didn't even stay at the place, but the communication, for closing the rent and etc, was easy and resolute. They made themselves available to cook for the guests and received them very well. The feedback from the hosted group was among the best, they felt at home and welcomed. I highly recommend it for those who need a cozy home with easy communication. Not to mention that the region is beautiful too!! I wish this super receptive family success.

This is not the first time we have stayed at Solar Santa Clara. Once again, we felt at home. Eduardo is a great host and Rodrigo, who takes care of the house, is very proactive.
