I found the apartment better live than the photos. Everything is very clean! Very spacious. The host does not work on Saturdays, but she attended to me promptly, and managed to hand me the keys. We were 7 people very well accommodated. The wonderful view, the fantastic location. All items working. The kitchen has all the utensils described and working. I think it's worth putting a Wi-Fi signal repeater in the hallway. The apartment is very long and the router is in the living room, and the signal does not reach the bedrooms.

You're all set! Arlan is a great host. Good communication. He left everything ready for us. Everything was clean and organized. The view is really wonderful!!!

We had a problem right from the start to enter the AP because the door wouldn't open, but what would have been a negative point Bruno turned into a positive one with his proactivity, speed in solving and willingness to resolve and accommodate us as quickly as possible. We stayed in a wonderful space that exceeded our needs.

We went in a group and the space accommodated everyone perfectly. We had a chek-in facility, staff of the condominium very polite, clean and organized, comfortable beds and all air conditioners working perfectly. Privileged views and direct access to the beach. Felipe, very proactive, always responded quickly from the first contact.

The house is simply amazing! Very large, comfortable and cozy — we felt at home from the first moment. We were super welcome, with attention and affection, which has already started the stay on the right foot. The lighting of the house is wonderful, it is well airy, with plenty of room in the rooms, which made all the difference for everyone to rest well. And the pool... what a spectacle! Large, clean and perfect to enjoy the day with the crowd. It was a wonderful experience, with no negative points. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

The accommodation was peaceful. Bakery, restaurants, distributors, pharmacies and supermarkets nearby. Very airy and safe house.

Many quiet places to rest and have great beaches nearby. You can walk. A late afternoon tour with the kayaks was an incredible differential. It was definitely worth it.

It was a very good experience, from the beginning the hosts were extremely helpful, when we arrived at the house they were at the place to welcome us with all the affection, show us the house, answer our questions about the location and what they had to do. The house is wonderful! Very close to an empty and beautiful beach. We went with four kids and they had a great time. The house is well equipped, we just miss a few better knives. The beach chairs were a great surprise. We love the outdoor area. A special highlight for the host. Very available and helpful. I recommend the stay. It was family fun days that we won't forget.

The penthouse is exactly like the ad photos. The kitchen is actually complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric watering hole and a gallon of reserve mineral water. Undoubtedly improving refrigerator and freezer of real estate that I have already rented. The host, Maria, is a very educated and always helpful person. We were greeted with a table set and a lemon pie ( I loved this delicacy). bed linen and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We barely returned home and are already planning to host in the penthouse again.

Very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. The kitchen is very well-equipped, it has everything we need. The apartment is facing the lake, with a pleasant view. I already knew the condominium, which is great, quiet. It is not far from the beach, by car it is 3 minutes, on foot should be a walk of about 10 minutes.

We love the space, exactly as in the pictures. Next to everything, great location. My family loved it.
