Holiday rentals with beach access in Bacvice Beach

Irina is a great host, very professional and communicative. Despite a small unpredictable situation in her apartment, she proposed alternative solution and my family had a nice stay in Split. I highly recommend to choose Irina as a host.

We arrived following a lovely few days on Brac thinking that the apartment there would be a hard act to follow, but Nevia’s place was just as good, and better in some respects. The apartment is a ground floor flat in quite a plain building but you wouldn’t know there was anyone else there it was so quiet. Nevia’s mum is next door, and she checked us in, and even kept a parking space available in the street when we arrived. Being there at the end of September we weren’t able to enjoy the outdoor space so much, but indoors was just as good with a comfortable settee that looked out on the garden. The bedroom and bathroom are a good size, and the kitchen has most of what you could hope for, including a welcome basket, plus some items in the fridge. The apartment is well located, being 10-15 minutes walk into the centre of Split as well as having local supermarkets/bakeries a little over 5 minutes walk in each direction, our choice being Tommy / Bobis bakery. Strongly recommend.

Je recommande cette appartement à tout le monde. L'hôte est incroyable. Au moindre besoin, elle nous répond de manière très rapide et proactive. L'appartement est très bien situé et permet de visiter la ville très facilement. J'ajouterais que l'appartement était très très propre. Elle est très bien aménagement pour 6 personnes avec 3 salles de bains et 3 chambres.

Thank you for the lovely stay. It was very comfortable for our family of four. Darko was accommodating and helpful the entire time, including catching us before we left a bag behind and bringing it to us at the ferry! What a lovely host. The location is perfect -- easy access to the pedestrian zone, restaurants, the park. But not as busy as staying right in Old Town Split. There's a beach a 15 minute walk away which was also nice and easy to access.

We really enjoyed this property! The hosts were super accommodating and friendly and even gave us recommendations for local restaurants (of which we tried a few and loved!). A crib was provided for our baby which was convenient and the place was very clean. The balcony with beautiful water view was a plus.

Superbly located - less than 1 minute from main square of old town. Immaculate and whilst quite compact it had everything we required with quality decor and kitchen equipment. It is on third floor with quite a tight/steep staircase. Host Bruno was very helpful - met us on arrival and carried our case to the top floor - and gave us useful suggestions re restaurants etc. Advise wandering away from the centre as some very nice restaurants just 10 min walk away. We really liked 'Fife' restaurant for seafood and it was reasonably priced. Highly recommend a trip to Krka waterfalls and also Klis castle if considering day trips out of the town.

We absolutely loved our stay! We had everything we needed for our almost 1 month stay. Marija was so kind and a wonderful host! When we arrived she left us a variety of snacks and drinks. She was also proactive and checked in during our stay. The apartment was close to so many supermarkets and around 10 minutes to old town. We were also less than 10 min to Bacvice beach! Her place made us feel right at home. Recommend 10/10!

Silvija’s place was great for our group. It was spacious, clean and has everything you need. One of the bedrooms has a private entrance, the AC was great, there is a beautiful patio with an outdoor dining table that we loved. The location was perfect and very central. I would definitely recommend. There was some construction on a nearby building but it did not interrupt us.

We loved our stay! The outdoor kitchen and patio is lovely and well appointed. The beds are comfortable and the 3.5 bathrooms were a luxury for the 4 of us.

Nous avons passé une excellente nuit dans le logement de Ivana. Logement au top, fidèle aux photos et à la description, appartement très fonctionnel et il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Propreté au top. Ivana est une hôte géniale, son mari est hyper sympathique aussi! Sont très arrangeants sur les horaires d’arrivée et sont très serviables. Rien à reprocher, tout est parfair, hate de revenir si nous avons l’occasion! Merci pour tout

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

Bruno hat sich im Vorfeld schon um alles gekümmert. Privater Transfer vom Flughafen war top. Wurde vom Bruder empfangen, der mir alles vor Ort gezeigt hat. Unterkunft war gemütlich, alles vorhanden und sauber. Alles ist in der Nähe zu Fuss erreichbar. Strand/Meer quasi vor der Türe. Tonlage. Gerne wieder.

We had a great stay in Nataija's place. It's perfect for 2 couples or a family with children with two bathrooms. It's a short stroll to the old town, everything is closer than google maps suggests. The communication was exceptional. We had a great stay.

Alles war perfekt vorbereitet. Sanja hat auch sehr schnell auf die Nachrichten reagiert. Ich kann die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Unterkunft hat eine super Lage. Gastgeber sind super nett gewesen schnell geantwortet und super hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt nah am Meer. Einkaufsläden sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants und schöne Strände. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

This is not an airbnb. This is a 5 star hotel room with a 6 star balcony and a 7 star host. Absolute great place for a weekend or longer trip in split. location is superb - just outside old town and walkable. The appartement is fantastic with a great balcony and view - very clean and with everything you need. Anamarija is a perfect host who helped with great local recommendations.

We had a great stay at Goran’s apartment. The location is a few minutes walk to a sandy beach and about 15 minutes into the old town. It’s a very walkable city. The neighbourhood felt safe and quiet away from traffic. The flat has air conditioning in the bedroom and blackout blinds, so we slept really well - the bed is also super comfortable. The check-in instructions were very simple and we had no issue finding the place. Goran was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We’d definitely stay here again if we come back to stay!

Our stay in Split was absolutely wonderful, and this Airbnb was a big part of that! The home was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained—everything about it exceeded our expectations. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, yet still within easy walking distance to all the top attractions, restaurants, and beaches. The highlight of our stay, though, was our incredible host, Gorana. She went above and beyond to help us plan our trip, offering great suggestions for excursions, places to eat, and things to see and do around Split. Her hospitality made us feel truly welcome and taken care of. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had an incredible time! The location of the apartment was ideal with less than a 10 minute walk to 3 different beaches! There were multiple supermarkets also in 5 minuet walking distance. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped which was ideal for us as we made most of our food in the house. The apartment is small but perfect for a week’s stay for two people. Thank you Enis!
