Hi Guys, rent my 1-room apartment in 18109 Rostock (Gross-Klein) during my semester break and over Christmas. Gross-Klein is known for its original prefabricated panel and for the first years of Marteria. The apartment is perfect for a few quiet days on the Baltic Sea!
“The apartment is very pleasant (clear, simple furnishings, but a lot of space) and is located between 6 supermarkets, including baker, butcher and laundromat, everything is within walking distance. If, like me, you are only on foot, you can reach Warnemünde Strand in an hour, otherwise there are also good train and bus connections. Excursions are available to Rostock and Stralsund, by car you just have to make sure that you avoid the toll road, which makes no real time difference to Rostock. For little money I was able to enjoy a relaxing week in a quiet residential area, thank you!”
The apartment is located on a separate part of our property. On 40 sqm are distributed living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The terrace and the adjacent orchard invite you to linger.
“We were for a long weekend to visit and have felt comfortable. Beautifully located and cozy apartment. Perfect also for excursions in the varied area: the Baltic Sea and quiet hiking trails through the woods, Doberan and Rostock next door. Super clean and everything necessary for a few days. Especially we will probably remember the honest nice and helpful contact.”
This beautiful apartment in Heiligendamm - the oldest German seaside resort. Only 10 minutes walk to the beach, by bike is Kühlungsborn and Bad Doberan in 20 minutes. The apartment, which is located on the top floor of a thatched cottage, is located in a very quiet and beautiful park-like location at the end of a cul-de-sac.
“The accommodation is clean, with kitchen appliances and dishwasher very well equipped. The equipment includes towels and bedding, all in good condition. There is very little storage space for your own food available, so you have to do more often small purchases instead of the one big at the beginning of the holiday. The apartment is not necessarily intended for small, adventurous children, because decoration and cabinets are very inviting for little researchers. But with a bit of initiative this is quickly fixed. The relatively steep outside staircase is easy for mobile children to walk on. Our two (4 & 2) really enjoyed the "adventure" of climbing stairs :) and made friends directly with the little cat that belongs to the host. We enjoyed our stay very much and can recommend the property with a clear conscience.”
