My small terraced house has three floors, is about 100 square meters and stands on a plot of almost 300 square meters. I live in the house and move out when guests come. The Rhine and Bonn International School are about 1 km away. The Rhine meadow, the Postbank, the WCCB and Telekom are within a maximum of 4 km. Dogs are very welcome. "Der Schuppen" is a former workshop that I converted into a modern, small feel-good house. You live centrally, but in the middle of the countryside, at the foot of the Venusberg. Shops serving everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk away. The train takes 11 minutes to get to the main train station. The Haus der Geschichte is 1.4 km and the World Conference Center is 1.9 km away. The open-plan "shed" has its own entrance.

My quiet apartment is located in the Rheinparkresidenz, a green park without traffic in Bonn-Bad Godesberg, near the UN, DAAD, Telekom and Rheinaue. Restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. In 2 minutes you are at the Rhine promenade for jogging and cycling. The price for the accommodation includes 6% accommodation tax of the city of Bonn. These will be passed on by me to the tax exemption.
