Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. Beautiful apartment to relax and unwind with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley, in the middle of the fascinating mountains of Liechtenstein. 10 minutes by car from Malbun ski resort and the capital Vaduz. The cross-country ski trail in Steg can be reached in 5 minutes. 8-minute walk to the bus stop. The most beautiful hiking trails are at your doorstep. The border to Switzerland and Austria can be reached in about 15 minutes.

The studio is located on the first floor of a detached house in a quiet area, with parking (+ garage for bicycles), small terrace and separate entrance. The apartment is equipped with a pull-out sofa (140 × 200), a single bed on a raised platform (not suitable for small children), private bathroom and small kitchen (see pictures). The house is located 5-7 minutes' walk from the train station, BZBS, OST and the city center.
