Hier haben wir uns das Ziel gesetzt die typischen Merkmale eines Bauernhauses, wie die kleinen Sprossenfenster und Deckenbalken, bestmöglichst in das Gesamtbild zu integrieren. The center can be reached in about 15 minutes' walk or you can walk 2 minutes to the bus stop. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people. There is a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. In addition, you use a kitchen, bathroom, dining room, hallway and storage room. A children's travel bed and high chair are available on request.

Gut Winkel, an oasis of well-being in Ammerland

Die Ferienwohnung wurde im Mai 2022 fertiggestellt und liegt im 1.OG auf Gut Winkel, dem ältesten noch existierenden Hof (1746) in der Gemeinde Apen. Sie ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll ausgestattet und bietet auf ca. 75qm 2 Personen Platz. Die Gartenbenutzung ist selbstverständlich erlaubt. Wir leben hier zusammen mit unseren Hunden, Katzen und Pferden und freuen uns, Dich in dieser Idylle begrüßen zu dürfen. Der Hof hat eine ganz besondere Aura, die es zu entdecken gilt.

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.
