The apartment has 3 more balconies and has a safe, surveillance cameras, security doors, an intrusion detector and smoke detectors connected to the central office 24 hours a day. Imagine swimming, taking a paddle surf course, playing with your kids in the sand, running along the shores of the Mediterranean, or simply enjoying the neighborhood's varied dining options. Apartment 🏠 rules We welcome you and ask you to respect the neighbors' peace: avoid loud noises, slamming doors, and parties, especially after 10:00 PM. It is not allowed to host more people than indicated in the reservation; if the rules are violated, you could be evicted without refund. 🔑 Keys and check-out If you leave earlier, leave the keys on the table and close the door when you leave. Remember to always lock. If you lose the keys, there will be a charge of €50. 🚭 No smoking Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment; please go outside if you need to smoke. 🌍 Saving Energy Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when leaving to avoid wasting energy. 🧺 Servicios extra We can provide cleaning or extra bedding if you request it when booking. 💰 Tourist tax The government applies a tax of €10.45 per person (over 16 years of age) per night, up to 7 nights, which is mandatory to access the apartment. ю Check-in Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation. Nice apartment, very functional with a great location in the historic center of Badalona. Cozy studio renovated in an old building. It has everything you need to make you feel at home and to make your stay cozy and comfortable. The accommodation has air conditioning, with equipped kitchen, toilet with shower, heating and a small balcony. The studio is located on the second floor of a house built in 1923, very old and does not have an elevator; access is by slightly narrow stairs. Private entrance with digital code. The studio has a very comfortable bed of 135, a small kitchen with refrigerator, induction hob, washing machine, as well as crockery for two people. It is important to know that the listing has check-in and check-out using electronic codes, so you do not have a concierge service or physical staff at the listing. The electronic door system will allow you to open the doors using a unique code, which will be valid from the day of your arrival until the day of departure. There is no Reception/concierge. No physical staff. You will like to know that the accommodation is located in a very old neighborhood of the city with pedestrian streets and a lot of charm, the neighborhood is quiet; however, we warn that the church bell tower is active and the bells ring every quarter of an hour both during the day and during the night. There is also a school next door open during the week between the months of September to June. Tourist tax not included in the price of the accommodation (1.75€/person/night). This fee is charged separately via payment gateway or wire transfer.

The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.

Located north of the metropolis of Barcelona. 45 minutes from Catalonia Square and 60 minutes from the Fira de Barcelona and the MWC. Halfway on the Costa Brava. Restaurants open all seasons. All kinds of means of transport: Train and Bus Live 2 minutes in the center of Barcelona in 7 minutes. Delta del Ebre and the Pyrenees are not far away.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed, and a sofa bed for two people. It is a new apartment, fully equipped and with air conditioning. The room has an alarm system that is deactivated when guests are occupying it. There is only one motion sensor inside the apartment and a camera that takes pictures outside the apartment, pointed at the door that leads to the street.
