In the Forest and in a Safe Site with Private Pool

At first, we were prejudiced because Mr. Secaattin lived on the ground floor of the house, but that was not the case. He and his wife are very sweet and helpful people. They also served us wine, which was great. It deserves its price in the neighborhood. The only problem is that it is not a place where someone without a car can come. But it is close to all the sea and food places in the center of Urla.

A place where you can see the entire Cape of Izmir from the hill and find peace with a wonderful sunset among the greenery by the pool. The house was clean and cute. Ms. Eylem is a friendly and sweet person. If you're lucky in the morning, you can take the chicken eggs from the poultry house and have a great breakfast with the tomatoes and pepper from the garden that you collect from the garden. We are very curious about the cubs of Marsel:) I hope to see you again as soon as possible🌸

Canan's house is in a beautiful position overlooking the sea. It is well appointed and comfortable and a real home from home. Canan is a lovely host, she helped us in so many ways and was so welcoming. There are little beaches a few minutes walk away which are very quiet and Sigacik, which is a 10 minute drive away, has plenty of shops and restaurants. I've had a wonderful week there and I thoroughly recommend it, especially if you like cats, as there are usually a few to be found in the garden!

It was a really great stay experience! The house was so much nicer than it looked in the photos. Cleanliness and tidiness were perfect, and everything was thought of in the house, there were small but very important details such as air conditioning, coffee machine, fresh coffee, even acetone and cotton buds. We felt very comfortable. The location was also very central, everything was very close. We thank the host for his hospitality. We definitely plan to come back! "

The place shown in the photos is a detached house, but in fact there are 2 houses. One is the apartment on the bottom floor with a garden and the other is the apartment on the upper floor. We rented the house thinking that we were renting a detached house with a garden, and we learned that we rented an apartment when we arrived. Apart from that, the host, Ms. Günay, said that she would stop by, but after stating that we rented the wrong house, she did not come to us. There was hair left from your previous stay in the apartment. When we told Mr. Ercan that the kettle at home was broken, he immediately helped us.

Mrs. Güliz and her assistant were very interested. Everything we needed was carefully thought out, the house was clean. The house was in the same location as specified. Ms. Güliz shared with us the routes that can be visited with a very detailed information note before the accommodation. As mentioned in the previous comments, we did not encounter a dog problem. If you are an animal lover, there is no situation in which you will have problems in this regard.

My husband, our 6-month-old baby and our dog had a 5-day stay at Mr. Özgün's house and I must say we were extremely satisfied! The neighborhood was great, the terrace was magnificent, the house was very tastefully furnished and clean. We have also focused on many details for families with babies or children, and we have even brought extra items with us. If you want to get away from the city and experience calmness, I would definitely recommend it.
