The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows and from the 40 sqm terrace is directed to the large outdoor area and invites you to relax outside in direct contact with nature. Located on the edge of the "Schönbuch Nature Park". Ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides. Attractive destinations such as Tübingen, Bebenhausen, Herrenberg, Stuttgart... are easily accessible. Cooking, eating, living + terrace on the ground floor. The loft beds are accessible via a ladder and a filigree "net bridge" and require surefootedness. The pine wood on the walls gives the house a rustic cosiness and a pleasant scent. A pellet stove and radiators provide cosy warmth in winter.

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.
