Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! A great starting point for excursions by bike or on foot into the beautiful surroundings. The lake is only a few minutes down the mountain. Here you can take the ferry to Meersburg, and Mainau Island is also not far away. The beautiful, long lakeside path or the free, direct bus (approx. 15 min.) will take you to the city.

The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.
