Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Our Mökki is located on the wooded southern shore of Lake Möhne. And it offers a bit of Finnish lifestyle. The cottage is close to the lake, secluded and surrounded by trees and shrubs. The over 700 year old castle Haus Bamenohl is hidden behind old trees in the middle of an idyllic park in the heart of the Sauerland hills. Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials (wood fiber insulation, clay plaster) and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.
