Questa villa è circondata da grandi finestre che affacciano su ulivi e vegetazione mediterranea. Qui potrete rigenerarvi e ritrovare la pace dei sensi a contatto diretto con la natura. In questo luogo il silenzio è totale e la privacy assoluta. Avrete a disposizione la piscina privata e un posto auto. Sarete a poca distanza dalle famose spiagge della Costa Smeralda, a circa 5 minuti da Porto Rotondo, 25 minuti da Porto Cervo e 10 minuti da Golfo Aranci. L'aeroporto è distante solo 15 minuti.

Med en fantastisk utsikt över vinlundar och hav, ligger vår lilla Sardinska pärla. Lägenheten är på 45m2 med en stor terrass mot havet. På terassen sitter man gärna och äter middag i solnedgången, grill finns. Lägenheten består av ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet/ köket och 1 badrum. Vi har en liten pool på området som ni kan nyttja. Lägenheten ligger 900m från byn Badesi. I Badesi finns det 2 stora mataffärer, restauranger, caféer. Det är 3 km ner till Badesistranden

Villa Leoni in Santa Teresa di Gallura is not a typical vacation home. Its wavy architecture has curves reminiscent of the waves of the ocean, the iconic nuraghi and the organic style of the Costa Smeralda. Also unique is its view of the harbor, the city center and Corsica, which is only 8 km away via the Strait of Bonifacio, and the in-house car electric charging station, which charges 2 e-bikes and 3 bicycles.
