The villa enjoys a privileged position with a magnificent view and is 200 meters from the sea and close to bars, restaurants and markets. Surrounded by a garden of Mediterranean plants, it is equipped outside with a patio with a barbecue, solarium and terrace overlooking the sea. Large, very bright living room, a dining room overlooking the sea with an equipped kitchen. Three double bedrooms, two of which have an en-suite bathroom, and one with two beds. The Sardinian-style decor makes the rooms very cozy.

Med en fantastisk utsikt över vinlundar och hav ligger vår lilla Sardinska pärla. Lägenheten är på 42m2 med en stor terrass mot havet. På terassen sitter man gärna och äter middag i solnedgången, grill finns. Lägenheten består av ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet/ köket. Vi har en liten pool på området som ni kan nyttja. Lägenheten ligger 900m från byn Badesi. I Badesi finns det 2 stora mataffärer, restauranger, caféer, bank och post. Det är 3 km ner till Badesistranden.
