The house is ideally situated for day trips into central London by train, many National Trust and English Heritage sites in Kent/Sussex, or events at Brands Hatch. The village of Pratts Bottom and the local pub is within a 10 minute walk. The nearest train stations are a 10 mins drive and offer fast services to London Charing Cross on the Tunbridge Wells/Hastings line.

It is located in a building with a lift, Free Parking and super-fast WiFi. Free access to the shared GYM and WORKSPACE. It is just minutes from Orpington station, with easy access to London. Our private annexe is nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac, just 3 miles from Chartwell and 4 miles from Sevenoaks. London Bridge is a convenient 30-minute train ride away. Enjoy high-speed WiFi, HDTV, and a well-equipped bathroom. Refreshments like coffee, tea as well as an assortment of snacks are provided for our guests. The High Street, local pub, and shops are within walking distance. Guests can park their car on-site for free. EV charging available at extra cost.

Tucked away in the peaceful village of Shoreham, Sevenoaks, this cosy shepherd’s hut for two offers sweeping views of the Darenth Valley. Set in the grounds of a beautiful Grade II listed home, it’s fully equipped with a kitchenette, shower, toilet, basin, log burner as well as outdoor furniture to enjoy the view. With great local pubs, a vineyard, and walks nearby, and warm hosts on-site, this is the perfect spot to relax, recharge, and soak up the Kent countryside.

A village centre cottage with off-street parking and patio garden. Recently renovated to an excellent standard to provide accommodation for up to 5 in 3 bedrooms and with 2 bathrooms. All creature comforts including bespoke fully-equipped kitchen and wood burning stove. Beds can be configured as 1 double & 3 singles, or 2 doubles & 1 single. Please advise your preference. Note there is a spiral staircase to the 3rd bedroom & bathroom.

The Lodge

The Lodge is the perfect country getaway and romantic retreat. Please note this is strictly a NO SMOKING property inside the Lodge, the garden and surrounding field. The property is also NOT SUITABLE for infants, children or pets. Two adults only.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
