House holiday rentals in Badin Lake

The house is even more beautiful once you’re there. Pictures do not do it justice. So many comfortable amenities that make you feel at home. Beds are very comfortable, everything is spotless and we spent many nights by the fire on the screened porch and mornings looking out over the lake. The host was fabulous and so responsive. This will be the ONLY place we stay when we visit family in NC.

We stayed here for a youth state shooting tournament . The boys wanted to fish more than go to the tournament! It’s a safe community with a pond in the back and close access to the lake! We enjoyed it!

We enjoyed our stay at this campground! The location is absolutely beautiful, and everything was clean and well-maintained. It’s such a peaceful spot, and we loved being so close to the NC Zoo – a perfect place to visit! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to get away in nature but still be near a fun, family-friendly attraction. Will definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect for our crew of 8. Everyone had plenty of room and the space they needed. The location could not be beaten with the water being right across a private road with your own dock access. We spent many hours out there and in the private pool in the backyard. The host also let us check in early since we were ahead of schedule. Five star stay

We enjoyed Jennifer’s beautiful home for a short visit with our son. The home was clean and a pleasant place to spend our time. Beds were comfortable and linens were cozy. Definitely would stay again if in the area.

Thanks everything was great from me asking how far you were from the location of our event for the weekend. To me and my family making memories. It’s hard to make memories with adult children in the start of their careers but this home allowed my husband and myself to make those memories. From myself and my youngest being able to open the windows and talk to my husband and my oldest down on the dock fishing and my grandpup watching his mom and pop pop fish with granny and auntie. So thank you for opening up your home to us. It’s definitely worth the money!

I rented this home for my daughter's 16th birthday and we really had a wonderful time! The house is very nice and the lake with the kayaks and the paddle board were fantastic! My daughters also loved the swings and the hammocks. We did have an issue out of the owners control and they responded within minutes and were willing to do whatever they could to help. We would definitely love to go back at another time!

We loved this house! It felt brand new, it was super clean, well stocked and all the beds were comfortable. We’ve always dreamed of having a lake house of our own and this place just further intensified that vision! It felt SO quiet and private. I’ve stayed on other areas of HRL that felt much more congested with noisy neighbors where you are forced to hear someone else’s playlist all day. You won’t feel that here! The swimming right off the dock was so good. We rented a pontoon boat with a tube and pulled our teenage girls around for hours! The game room was perfect for when we got some afternoon rain. I’d definitely stay here again. Heather was very communicative. Check in/out was easy. I’m sure this is mentioned in the listing but it’s not a good place for anyone with mobility issues (lots of steep inclines to walk up). Though, we met our stair goals each day and are heading home with stronger calves!

Excellent housing in a perfect location. Everything was as described and we had a wonderful stay. Instructions for the stay were clear and helpful. Would certainly recommend checking out this property as well as any others they may have listed.

We loved our stay there with family. It is beautiful and peaceful. Kept the kids entertained in the game room during a storm. Debbie is a wonderful host had chocolate chip cookies in the kitchen that didn't last long. We would recommend her gorgeous home for anyone who is looking for a wonderful, peaceful lake view.

Our stay was absolutely Amazing! The home was much better than we even expected! It is so beautiful and well decorated. All of the beds have super comfortable mattresses! The check-in instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Stephanie and George have gone above and beyond with their hosting of this home. Anything that you can think of or may need, they have already prepared for and have available. They have taken the time to create a notebook with so much information about the house, the area, the history and local recommendations. If you are traveling with children, this is the home for you! I have never stayed at a home that offered so much for children. Stephanie had snacks and bubbles waiting for my children at our arrival. No host has ever been as attentive and thoughtful as these two. There is so much to do at the house, we truly did not want to leave. We cannot wait to come back to the area because we will definitely be booking this super clean and beautiful home!

If you’re thinking about this place, do it! The photos don’t do it justice in terms of size and beauty. Beautiful home and beautiful, peaceful, private surroundings. Lincoln was perfect and responded in a timely manner. He was helpful, accommodating, and proactive. This was the perfect place to celebrate the life of my Dad, whom I recently lost. He would have loved it. Thank you so much for having us, Lincoln! 10/10 across the board!

We had a fun time and wished we could stay longer. Greg’s home is really clean and has fun games and a well-stocked kitchen. We would love to come again.

Amazing home right on the lake. Lots of room for our whole extended family. Kids loved the kayak, paddle boards etc. Great directions on how to get there and access everything. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook big family meals. Definitely would stay again.

We had a fabulous stay at the lake. Home was spacious, kitchen well stocked, and the upstairs was great for our kiddos. The dock was great, lots of space and we loved the 2nd level where we got to star gaze at night. Felicia was very responsive and we hope to come back next year!

Everything about this place is worth your dollar. From the service and responsiveness, the location, the cleanliness and the value. Everything is there. They had so many things that a lot of people do not think about when traveling. We would highly recommend and would love to return another time.

Jenny's place was perfect for our needs. Wedding 15 minutes away. Were not there very much but was very convenient for us. Has a great game room that I wish we had had the time to use. My niece said they had the "BEST shampoo and soaps EVER."

The house is so clean and welcoming. The lake is so calming. The hosts are so attentive and welcoming. A wonderful place to stay! I’d definitely go back.
