I had a wonderful stay at this place! The home was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed and the neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. Ahmad was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future. Pros: - Fantastic service. Rizwan was very responsive during our comms, he provided clear instructions, travel advice and went the extra mile. - Very accomodating host, despite having an almost fully reserved place, he arranged our accommodation as per our requirement. - The housekeeper was very efficient and friendly. - It is located in a nice secluded place, just the right distance from the main bazaar so that you don't get the noise but are still able to get anything you need from the shops. - Please keep in mind, it is not a hotel. It is a value proposition offering a private accomodating at very very reasonable rates so please bear that in mind. Cons: The road from bazaar up to the actual place is a bit rough but definitely do-able.

I had a wonderful two-night stay at this guest house. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The peaceful atmosphere made for a relaxing experience. Mr. Umair is a very good host. Being a sole female traveler I felt so safe & secure at his place. The building itself had great security check-ins. The pent house I stayed in was very clean and comfortable. Mr. Umair’s Driver was available all the time in case I need anything and they treated me with utmost respect. I will definitely recommend Mr. Umair’s place.
