Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

we booked the place for a short stay and we loved the place. Harmeeta is a super host and was extremely courteous and responsive to all our requests. the place is lovely one of the balcony has a pool view. the pool is wonderful and we enjoyed the same. caretaker chinmay was always available to sort out all small requests. The place is beautifully decorated. we look forward to visiting again.

Marlene's stay is one of the rare gems in Goa. The location was easy to find and the apartment was immaculate. Was more impressive in person than the pictures. Loved all the amenities and services provided. Marlene was also very flexible with the check in times and was a gracious host and helped with everything whenever we contacted her

The location is ideal for families looking for a private place close to beaches. It is more suited for someone who has a vehicle at their disposal as it a walk to main road. The kitchen is well equipped for breakfast and quick meals. I would recommend it.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! It offers true luxury at an affordable price—honestly, everything you'd expect from a 5-star hotel, but with the added warmth and comfort of a real home. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity you could imagine. From plush towels and high-end toiletries to a fully stocked kitchen and ultra-comfy bedding, every detail was taken care of. The Wi-Fi was fast, the space was quiet, and check-in was seamless. What really stood out was the feeling of home—cozy touches, personal care, and a welcoming atmosphere that made it hard to leave.

Cezar's place was perfect for a couple of day stay in Goa. The house was comfortable, so close to the beach that you could hear the waves, and easy to relax in. Jahlak, the house caretaker, made us breakfast each morning and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

We reached Goa early morning and we also contacted our hosts since the checkin was at 2pm and glad that they were very responsive and helpful!! And they also asked us to check in by 1 hour prior since we reached early, once we reached the stay me and my friends felt like a home!! The whole property is aesthetically designed with all the modern amenities which has pool and also a private garden. The villa is located in a peaceful location which was a plus point to a people like me to be away from the chaos! And whenever we needed something we used to reach out to our host and the response was highly quick and if any problem was arised, it was fixed in a short span!! Overall the stay was complete 10/10 recommendation to anyone looking for a peaceful stay, we all enjoyed it and it was quite difficult for us to leave this beautiful property at the end. And definitely would love to come back here again!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Jay’s studio! He was very communicative through my stay. The kitchen, solid WIFI and all of the amenities make it good for a longer stay like I had as well. Safe and enjoyable location too. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Siolim, Goa! As a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids), the place was just perfect for us. The location is peaceful yet well-connected to nearby attractions and essentials. The helpers were always prompt, polite, and super helpful. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout. A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!
