I would like to thank Ms. Aylin very much, she welcomed me very well. The location of the house is two minutes away from Yenimahalle Marmaraya. The house is very clean and modern. All electronic items are functional and useful. I would love to come back

I had a truly wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described ,clean, cozy, and in a nice location, but what made the experience exceptional was the host. The owner went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the moment I arrived, they were kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with recommendations and anything I needed. You can truly feel how much care and attention they put into making guests feel comfortable and at home. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I would gladly stay here again.

Everything went great. Large and clean apartment in a good location. Everything matches the description. The apartment is not new, but cozy and clean. There are shops and cafes on the street. There is a large children's playground nearby. Near the hospital. I recommend it.

My vacation was great . And this apartment contributed to this. The apartment was very spacious, clean without foreign smells . There were towels for guests . The kitchen has dishes ,microwave, oven,kettle , large fridge. Excellent noise insulation of the windows . And in general the apartment is located in a quiet arena . Metro and bus station are not far away.

We stayed at this property with family and felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment was in a really safe location, surrounded by lots of cafes, restaurants and a grocery store (Migros & Sok), which made everything so convenient. The space was very comfortable and the host was very responsive and understanding ensuring all our needs were met. The house was as described and shown in the photos. During our 7-day stay, we felt like we were at home. There is a small shopping mall under the house. In this shopping mall, there is a large supermarket in addition to different alternatives such as fast food style meals, meatballs and coffee shops, which provided us with great convenience. Mr. Özgür and Mr. Cavit answered our questions very quickly and solved our minor problems. There are many opportunities at home. When you arrive with your vehicle, you can easily park in the guest parking lot of the site. The kitchen and bathroom of the house were very useful. The bed was comfortable. We were satisfied enough during our stay.

By far the best host I've had on Airbnb! Super attentive, always available, and incredibly quick to respond. The flat is fantastic—very comfortable, with everything we needed for a great stay. One small suggestion: it would be helpful to provide essentials like oil, salt, toilet paper, and sugar—basic items most guests typically need. We had to purchase these on the first day, but it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t affect our overall experience. The neighborhood is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, gyms, and more to explore. If you choose this flat, you won’t regret it! I’d absolutely stay here again.

My partner and I had a very good stay at this flat! The place is well-equipped with plenty of amenities—there's a lovely swimming pool, a gym, and even shops within the complex. The internet connection was excellent, allowing us to easily work online, hold meetings, and handle downloads and uploads without any issues. We did encounter a couple of small issues. On our first night, we weren’t informed about the access card required to move around the complex, which left us a bit stuck until someone kindly helped us out. Additionally, there was a minor issue with the toilet, but the host was responsive and came over almost immediately to fix it, which we really appreciated. Despite these hiccups, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place with fantastic amenities!

The place was very tidy and cozy! It was sparkling clean which is always a priority for me - clean kitchen, clean bathroom, clean sheets. The host is very helpful and responsive - replies almost instantly. There are Starbucks and a grocery store next to the building. And last but not least - we happened to visit during an earthquake and the building was very stable! I absolutely recommend this apartment and the host!
