The pool is for the private use of the loft and house. Located in a very quiet residential area 800 meters from the Barbera train station with which you can reach Barcelona in 15 minutes and 200 meters from the direct bus stop to Barcelona, a shopping center and also a direct bus to the UAB. Located a 7-minute drive from the UAB.

You'll also enjoy the animals and sounds of nature itself. The accommodation has two double bedrooms, one single, kitchen, dining room with sofa bed. Wifi. It has a private terrace, barbecue, outdoor parking and swimming pool (closed from October). It's a first floor apartment with no elevator.

It's on the ground floor of the house, it has a porch with hammocks, it's very nice, the bathroom is full and the bed is very large, the mini kitchen is complete. The pool is salt water. The pool is shared with other guests. It's a house with views. and it's just for couples. I don't allow parties. Montserrat is very close and Barcelona is 50 km away
