The apartment is accessed through its own front door and up a flight of stairs and outside it has a private terrace with table and chairs and views down to the swimming pool. There is also a two bed apartment on the property.

You can stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city while still having the sea and the cheerful city of Civitanova at your fingertips. A Jacuzzi is available for the two accommodations.
