Die Unterkunft war wie in der Beschreibung. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist wundervoll! Der Kontakt und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich und warmherzig und der Empfang durch deren Vater sehr herzlich. Besonders gut fanden wir, dass Sonnenschirme vorhanden waren. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig. Eine Spülmaschine und eine Dusche im zweiten Badezimmer wären noch super. Der Supermarkt und ein Cafe sind fußläufig erreichbar, das haben wir sehr genossen.

We never met more friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts such as Enzo and Katia. Everything was perfect and they gave us very good recommendations for restaurant, beaches and even where to buy analog film for our old camera. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We arrived the evening that Verizon telecommunications went down so we had no way to contact Maricina. We were to contact her by the AirBnB app but we were unable to do that because of the outage. Fortunately she was there waiting for us and we really appreciate that. She also suggested activities and gave us good instructions. I can see why she has earned super host status. The apartment has a sense of style and there is plenty of room for all your belongings. Also the appliances are very modern. We loved it!

Maison très bien situé dans un environnement très calme. Pietro est très disponible et a un vrai sens de l'accueil. Idéalement situé pour rayonner sur le territoire et avec une petite plage à proximité (2 mn à pied) pour se baigner en toute sécurité et faire du snorkeling (ce qui est un vrai plus, car en Italie les plages sont soit privée : surchargées, soit difficile à trouver pour un accès à l'eau du fait des spécificités géologiques de la cote). Nous étions en couple et avons très apprécié cette maison.

Silvanas house is wonderful, right across from the beach,with even better beaches minutes away. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella which were very helpful. Silvana was very helpful and commutative, I would recommend staying here.

Le logement de Mariam est atypique car comme très bien décrit dans l’annonce il s’agit d’une maison très ancienne mais parfaitement adaptée pour un séjour de vacances. L’emplacement et le cadre de vie sont exceptionnels , nous avons adoré la proximité avec le petit port et la vieille ville et nous avons utilisé les transports en commun très accessibles. Le logement est idéal pour un couple avec un enfant. Mariam s’est montré attentive et nous avons eu beaucoup d’informations qui ont facilité notre séjour et la découverte des environs. Deux points d’amélioration peuvent être signalés : l’accès au logement n’a été possible qu’à 17 heures et non 15 heures et le faible débit de l’eau dans la douche avec une température fluctuante entre chaud et froid. Nous remercions Mariam pour nous avoir permis de découvrir ces magnifiques lieux , leur histoire, mais aussi de très bons restaurants et lui souhaitons bonne continuation !! Nous y reviendrons sûrement !

I’ve stayed at dozens and dozens of Airbnbs, but this one is really special. So much character and thought in designing this beautiful space with modern day amenities. Right outside your door are amazing restaurants in the heart of town. Even with all the noise in the square, with the amazing windows you sleep like a baby. I can’t speak highly enough about this gem. A must stay!

Location meravigliosa e host fantastici. Il posto è in una zona strategica a due passi da luoghi stupendi, raccomandato.

En Pierfedele ha estat un amfitrió excel.lent! En tot moment ha estat pendent de nosaltres per si necessitàvem alguna i per saber si tot estava com esperàvem. Tot i que hi havia tovalloles de sobres, 2 per persona, vam trobar a faltar tovalloles de piscina i en poques hores, ens les va facilitar. La casa és preciosa i les vistes des de la piscina són fantàstiques. Els espais són molt funcionals, tot funciona correctament, és una construcció molt nova i estava molt net. Hem estat molt a gust.

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

Wir haben uns auf dem wunderschönen Anwesen sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Sitzplatz wie auch der Pool ist super zum entspannen, der Strand in Gehdistanz zu erreichen. Die Wohnung, insbesondere die Küche ist perfekt ausgerüstet. Wir waren zu viert mit zwei Kindern. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Das Anwesen hat drei Wohnungen, würde sich auch für mehrere Familien/Parteien eignen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super séjour en famille et avec notre compagnon à 4 pattes (accueilli comme une reine dans cette belle région des pouille.) Terrain sécurisé pour votre animal de compagnie . Emidio le propriétaire de la villa minetta est très agréable et humain , du début jusqu'à à la fin de notre séjour il à été à l'écoute, réactif et de bon conseilles . Merci pour l'adresse de ce super restaurant 😊 Petites attentions appréciables à notre arrivé . Collations et eau fraîche dans le frigo . La maison est agréable et tous confort, la piscine est top et une belle plage à quelques pas où nous avons passé de bon moments . Je recommande vivement cette jolie villa si vous êtes de passage dans les pouilles Nous reviendrons avec plaisirs pour notre prochain voyage . The villa it is exactly how it looks in the photos maybe even better. We had a fantastic holiday and we will definitely come back. The place is it stunning and incredibly peaceful. We were traveling with our 3 years old daughter who absolutely loved spending time in the pool and garden surrounded by nature. Close by there are some of the most beautiful beaches I ever seen and very nice restaurants . The host is very helpful and responsive. Halfway through the holiday we were offered a complementary cleaning service that felt like a real cuddle. I definitely recommend choosing one of the properties of elements by istanti as they are looked after very well and nicely decorated and Cosimo and Letizia are always there to help trough the whole holiday.

Perfect place for a family. We had just 4 nights at Leo’s place and we were not disappointed. He returned messages promptly and any questions he responded with the correct information. On arrival the check-in was pretty simple. Automated pedestrian and vehicle gates. And once inside we were very pleased with the house. All pictures are correct and we half knew what to expect. It was also good to put our three boys downstairs while we had the upstairs room. Although one room downstairs wasn’t a proper room, it didn’t affect the boys at all. And there were two bathrooms downstairs to look after the three bedrooms. There was clean bedding, towels and also plenty of pool towels too - along with a football for the small astroturf 2 minutes walk away. The kitchen was stocked well with tea, paper towels, clingfilm, foil, sugar, bin bags and there was filtered water from the tap. There was also a great bean to cup coffee machine with milk frother - so great for morning coffees on the veranda.

Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als abgebildet! Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten alles zur verfügung. Sie haben sogar noch extra Baby-Utensilien organisiert als ich sagte, dass unsere 10 monat alte tochter dabei sein wird. Das zentrum ist super zu fuss erreichbar. Süsse kleine stadt mit einkausmöglichkeiten und guten restaurants. für an den strand sind wir jeweils mit dem auto nach torre lapillo gefahren

My friend and I had a great experience at Paolo’s airbnb: clean, brand new, comfortable, compilant with the pictures. The roof patio is very cute: a real Italian experience!! Paolo is very Nice and very flexible, easy communication.

This was such a perfect location! Georgia was so helpful with parking recommendations, and made check-in and check-out very easy. Highly recommend this stay!

Her son Elio helped translate everything, and her husband even offered to swap cars with us to avoid parking issues—unbelievable kindness. The apartment was spotless, but it was their generosity that made this visit unforgettable. When our rental car was unexpectedly towed, Filomena and her daughter Martina spent nearly an hour helping us search, then stayed with us through the entire retrieval process—paying fines, driving to a remote lot—all while juggling other guests. They never made us feel like a burden. Their patience, warmth, and selflessness went far beyond anything we expected. We left feeling like part of their family. If you have the chance to stay here, take it—you’ll experience hospitality that truly stays with you. Grazie di cuore ❤️

Fabulous location. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the buskers below, people watching. Right in the heart of the old town. Free parking 10 minutes away so all very convenient. The roof terrace is lovely at all times of day. Sunsets, sunrises and chilled mornings. Everything was as described and very homely. Note - The stairs are steep and uneven - you might be worried with someone who is not so able but we were fine. (Couple with 2 teenagers).

Lina’s apartment was perfect for our few days in Monopoli and the surrounding area. Loved how close it was to the Old Town but still quiet. Perfect to have parking on site. It was clean, very spacious, and nicely furnished. Lina was great about communication, gave us very clear instructions, and checked in with us daily. We absolutely loved our time here.
