The apartment is based at the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an antique Tuscan building: the sealing in wood and the stone walls are all authentic! You'll find a very cosy and unique atmosphere made by the care for details and love for my home. En-joy it! The apartment has been detailed designed and renovated taking care of original stone walls from XVI sec, original marblekitchen sink, wood ceiling, parquet floor. The new balcony (with the view on the old tower) makes special every moment of the day surrounding by seasonal flowers and strawberry: enjoy at breakfast or for an aperitivo tasting a glass of Chianti wine or watching the full moon in the night. The little town of Pistoia surprises with its discreet charm enclosed in alleys and squares decorated with historical monuments and palaces, testimony of an ancient artistic past. A 100 meters from the sea, large and bright open space flat, carefully furnished in Tuscan style. It features a large terrace perfect for summer dinners and bbq. It's only 15 minutes from Pisa and is located in the main street of Marina di Pisa, therefore you can find all the main services within walking distance, including restaurants, bars, pharmacies, post offices, ice cream parlors and supermarkets. The apartment is great for working remotely, a desk can be added and the wifi is very fast.

A small nest in the heart of Garfagnana

Accommodation in the small ancient village of Gragnanella, a 10-minute drive from the historic center of Castelnuovo. Surrounded by nature in the "Heart" of Garfagnana. Where everything seems to stop. The house is on three floors: kitchen with microwave, induction stove and fridge. Upstairs, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with two single beds, with the possibility on request to transform them into a double bed. 1 bathroom. In the basement, there is a small living room with a sofa and TV.

On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.

My house is located in the middle of the olive trees near an old washhouse. The small village of Oneta is served by public transport, and in a few minutes you can reach the center of Borgo a Mozzano where there are activities for the family, a shopping center and the train station. You'll love my little house because of the cozy atmosphere, the outdoor spaces, and the intimacy of the interiors. It is suitable for couples, families (with children) and large groups.
