The place: situated on a hill some 30 mins away from Nice the house offers a great base to explore the Riviera. It is home away from home- the kitchen was fully equipped so we could comfortably prepare own meals: oven, microwave, dishwasher water boiler, milk frother and a Nespresso machine top the experience. The place has no A/C but ceiling ventilators make up for that. It is situated on two floors with staircase that has a safety door so no problems if you come with small kids like we did. The house is perfect for a long stay as it has a washer and a dryer, fast internet, a big screen smart TV situated in its own TV room with a huge coach that can host your entire family for movie nights. There is a BBQ in the yard and some 4 dining tables to choose from: 3 outdoors and 1 indoors. The bedrooms were comfortable with enough storage space for your clothes, linen bedding and bathroom facilities to all bedrooms. Swimming pool maintained by the host twice per week was greatly appreciated

An absolutely fantastic place to stay. We were a group of 13 - 6 adults and 7 children aged between 1 and 6, and it was perfect for the group. The older children loved the ‘playground’, which has a slide and 2 swings, and they also enjoyed playing table tennis and boules. The pool was wonderful - heated to 28 degrees so that it wasn’t freezing cold to get into and suitable for the little ones. It’s also surrounded by a high fence and locked gate and has a cover so there’s no risk to little children. The house itself was clean and light and airy, a beautiful space to spend time in with a very well-equipped kitchen. Before we arrived the host was very responsive, and the concierge met us and was very helpful whilst we were there. Honestly we can’t recommend this enough, and would really love to go back.

Der Aufenthalt in La Renadière war traumhaft. Es ist eine spektakuläre Anlage in atemberaubender Landschaft und Aussicht. Auch für uns als Familie mit 8 Personen war es räumlich sehr großzügig und auch bei heißen Temperaturen gab es unterschiedlichste schattenspendende Sitz- und Liegeflächen. Wir werden dieses Anwesen als besonders ruhig und atmosphärisch besonders in Erinnerung behalten und können es unbedingt als Ausgangspunkt für einen erholsamen Urlaub in traumhaft schöner Lage empfehlen.

This was one of the best AirBnb apartments we stayed at so far. Wonderful view to the sea and mountains. Just a short walk to beaches and other beaches in 5 minutes driving distance. Jean Jacques was always reachable and was there to welcome us on the first day and show us the apartment. We would definitely come back!

Christine und Thomas haben einen wunderschönes Paradies erschaffen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage ist ein Traum, der Pool mit Poolhaus ein Highlight. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen. Das Apartment hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Wir haben tolle Ausflüge unternommen. Danke Christine für den Tipp den Wochenmarkt zu besuchen. Eine Woche war uns definitiv zu wenig und wir würden uns freuen, wenn wir wiederkommen dürfen. Wir sagen vom ganzen Herzen Merci.

This property was perfect and extremely comfortable! The views were peaceful and bucolic, a true French country experience. This property is with a short driving distance to areas such as Cannes, Mandelieu, Grace, St. Paul de Venice, etc. Julien could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. Nous avons séjourné à 14 dans la villa et c'était top. Geoffrey et disponible et à le sens du service. Nous avons pu partir un peu plus tard car pas d'entrée dans l'après midi ce qui est très arrangeant. Nous avons également eu besoin de taxis pour sortir et il a aidé à trouver une solution au top. merci pour le séjour.

It is a beautiful and cozy house with a big garden and pool perfect for bigger groups or families. It is located a bit offside so its very calm but all important things still are within reach. Marie was a very friendly and helpful host who always reacted very fast to any questions. We would definitly consider coming back!

We miss the view and garden so much already. This is a stunning Airbnb, Amelie is a great host - super quick communication and responded really quickly to a couple of requests. The photos are really accurate but somehow don’t do the villa/views justice. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of steps. The studio is a flight of stairs below road level, bedrooms of the villa one level down, living area and kitchen another level down and pool another flight of stairs down. We really look forward to returning.

We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit eben solcher Lage und gewaltiger Aussicht! Wir wurden sehr freundlich und mit auserlesenem Gepäck, hauseigenem Olivenöl und Wein empfangen. Auch den langen Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Auf unsere Anliegen reagierte Valérie immer sofort.

First stay in this lovely villa. We’ve been coming to this area for our August holidays for the past 8 years so know the area well. Now as the family are a bit older, this villa was the perfect upgrade, not to mention the great little pool which our children loved and spent every hour of every day in. Jeroen was always on hand and available to answer any questions we had. We look forward to returning next year!

Une déco et une ambiance apaisante qui ont fait du bien à notre séjour. La maison nichée dans les hauteurs a une vue imprenable sur la mer ! Nous y avons apprécié nos quelques jours dans cette maison, c’était un plaisir !

Notre séjour dans cette magnifique maison a été absolument parfait ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été conquis par l'espace de vie de 50m², lumineux et superbement agencé avec un grand salon-salle à manger et une cuisine ouverte très fonctionnelle. La cuisine est d'ailleurs un vrai atout, elle est parfaitement équipée avec tout le nécessaire (four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, grand réfrigérateur/congélateur, bouilloire, grille-pain et même une machine Nespresso), ce qui est très appréciable pour des vacances. Nous avons adoré la grande baie vitrée à galandage qui offre une ouverture spectaculaire sur l'extérieur et la piscine, idéale pour profiter des repas en plein air. Les chambres sont un havre de paix. Les deux chambres principales sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût et leurs lits en 160 cm sont d'un confort exceptionnel.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Jean-Christophe. La maison dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin pour profiter des vacances. Je recommande à 100%.

Un très bon séjour dans une maison retirée au calme avec des activités sur place multiples : piscine incroyable, cours de tennis, terrain pétanque, ping pong... La maison est propre et la literie de très bonne qualité. La maison est un peu vieillissante mais l'ensemble nous laisse une grande d'y revenir.

Nous avons ete très bien accueillis avec une bouteille de vin et qq produits locaux. Fabienne était aux petits soins pour nous, bonne communication et discrète. La villa était très propre et agréable à vivre avec sa piscine et son jacuzzi. Des petites attentions comme qq capsules de café et qq jeux de sociétés font toujours plaisir. la villa est dans une petite colline qui ferra chauffer vos mollet et encore plus si vous voulez allez au petit village de callas à pied,il faudra s'armer de bonne chaussure mais une fois arrivé la haut le village est sublime avec sa supérette ces quelque restaurant,café pmu et sa boulangerie de quoi ravitailler facilement. Un grand merci pour tout ! nous avons passés un super séjour !

Pascal était très accueillante et répondait rapidement à mes message. Sa maison est superbe, nous serions bien restés plus longtemps si nous avions pu.

La villa est juste superbe, avec beaucoup de couchages, moderne et très bien aménagée. L'espace extérieur, avec piscine, terrain de pétanque sous les pins, barbecue et tout aussi beau. Fanny avec qui nous avons été en contact a été fort sympathique et arrangeante. Je recommande vivement!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem schönen Haus von Hestia. Es ist ganz liebevoll und stylish eingerichtet, sehr sauber und der Garten mit seiner tollen Poollandschaft ist ein echter Traum. Es gibt viele Plätzchen zum entspannen wie zum Beispiel der große überdachte Loungebereich mit Esstisch, Outdoorküche und Grill (Plancha) mit Blick auf den Pool. Wir hatten hier mit unseren Freunden und Kleinkindern eine wunderbare Woche. Für die Kinder standen 2 Hochstühle, 2 Babybetten, Spielsachen im Zimmer im UG und für den Pool, ein Trampolin, kleiner Tisch mit 2 Kinderstühlchen und Hocker und Spielhäuschen draußen sowie Laufräder (und für Erwachsene) zur Verfügung. Hestia hat uns sehr nett empfangen und verabschiedet und ist eine zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sie hatte viele gute Tipps, Check-in und Check-out liefen absolut reibungslos.
