The apartment is very well maintained and at the same time warm and welcoming. The commitment, passion, and care that is put into maintaining the entire outdoor area every day is also evident, making everything pleasing to the eye and adding a truly enchanting touch to the already tranquil area. The availability and friendliness of Andrea and his family are the icing on the cake, we spent wonderful days and we will certainly return to visit these wonderful places, rich in history and adventure, having certainty about what our accommodation will be!

Matteo's place is a little remote but beautiful and quiet in the mountains. We have taken many beautiful hikes and excursions to the coast. Matteo is a courteous and helpful host with good tips. We also enjoyed the regional specialty. Thank you.

We stayed for 5 days in Marco's beautiful home. Marco is a welcoming host as well as his parents. The house is perched in the middle of the mountains, very ideal for recharging your batteries in the heart of nature. A river not far away, within walking distance. Magnificent views of the mountains, pure pleasure. An atypical and very quiet medieval village. The house was just as pictured, very pretty and clean. If you are looking for an authentic accommodation in a typical Italian village, this is the place. No tourists, no bustling coastal village. For this, a church and a handful of houses, from the house you can start small hikes or just enjoy the view of the mountains and the beautiful house. If you want, you can also visit nice villages in the vicinity, conquer Pisa or other cities or visit the sea by car. Those who actually come to Tuscany because of the sea or coast should schedule driving times of 45 minutes.

Just returned from an amazing, fun and relaxing week at Nicole and Gunnar's house in Tuscany. Was perfect for our 2 families - peaceful, beautiful and unbelievably well equipped (everything we needed in the kitchen was there, which is rare in our experience!). We loved the pool, gym, the view, the dining space and the fire/oven. All extremely well looked after. Nicole and Gunnar were the perfect hosts, ensuring we had all we need and guiding us on the best local places. Lovely people with a very high standard of care, which hopefully guests reciprocate. Hosts: present and very responsive while being discreet. Listing: as presented in the listing, spacious, clean, functional, very nice air conditioning for this month of August! Outdoor layout: swimming pool, and sunbathing: ideal for a relaxing moment. The garden is also very beautiful and well kept. Location: Bagnone is an ideal place at this time of the year because it allows you to find calm, beautiful places to relax in nature ( swimming by the river, hikes ) while being lively, offering good restaurants and shops nearby. The location is ideal for visiting the five lands, beaches and surrounding towns if you come by car ( 35 minutes to 1h15 drive to the sea - La spezia - Lucca ... ) We had a lovely week! Exceptional accommodation in a perfect place to immerse yourself in nature and tranquility. Reachable by a bumpy dirt road but passable with a normal car, it is a fully equipped house in a small town of vacationers only, so sometimes you are in total isolation, which really allows you to get away from it all. Lilia is a great host, who personally accompanied us to the accommodation, fully stocked also in the kitchen, food, and bathroom items, gave us a lot of directions on surrounding places and activities, and all with full availability during our stay and great flexibility in check-in and check-out times. Great experience, to be repeated!

Maurizio's house is an old stone house completely restored, cozy, equipped with every comfort in the center of Nezzana, a small hamlet a stone's throw (on foot) from Bagnone. The few kind and hospitable inhabitants gave us simple but valuable directions. Lunigiana is a land still to be rediscovered and therefore sometimes it can appear rustic but its beauty is precisely this. Thanks to Maurizio's house and the Lunugiana Word App, we were able to move in a radial pattern every day towards new medieval villages and old walkways.
