Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

It is a typical tuff farmhouse, dating back to the sixteenth century, whose stones were extracted from the hill that surrounds and protects it. Completely renovated in 2009, it has three rooms for guest use, nicely furnished with private bathroom.

Civita Nova is 250 m from the town center. The village of Civita can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes, but there is also a shuttle service 300 meters from the accommodation. Small pets are welcome for a small fee. Parking is free on site, and there is a Wi-Fi connection. The accommodation is air-conditioned, with a fully-equipped kitchen.
