We loved our stay at Lia’s place! The house was well-cleaned, and they even had welcoming treats for us. Everything in the house was well thought of for guests, love how they provide beach / pool towels and bath towels for us. Ate Jenny is very nice and accommodating, she visited us during the stay to collect our trash. They would also call tricycle service for us for when we needed to go out, since the place is a bit far from the center. The private beach access is one of the best parts — the shore is very clean and nice, you can watch the sunset. Overall, we really liked the place and would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Balai San Juan! The place is cozy, clean, and beautifully designed perfect for a relaxing in Elyu. It has that homey and modern vibe that instantly makes you feel at ease. The location is ideal just a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants, but tucked away just enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Mang Ferdz was also very welcoming and accommodating making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and charming stay in San Juan. Would definitely come back!

The villa is cute and stylish just like the pictures with everything you need! They even have board games like monopoly and cards. I suggest to add jenga and portable karaoke 🎤 coz we’re filipinos and loves to sing haha 😍 Overall our experience was great! My fam enjoyed our staycation! My friends and family had a great time. For the entire 3 days we've stayed, we just can't stop admiring the place and how good it was maintained. We got everything we needed, access to the amenies was smooth, staff was very friendly. It really had a warm and welcoming vibe. We will definitely go back. One of the best BNBs I booked in Elyu. Feels right at home. Complete with cooking wares and they have ice maker + water dispenser. Area is spacious and very comfortable, even the bathrooms. Pool is a pop up - but within an enclosure and they clean it daily. Outdoor grill and tables are available if you want to just chill out during the night. For those bringing pets, place is very pet friendly. They even have this fluffy bed for your fur babies. One highlight of our stay is the pan de coco the caretaker left for us - the best!

The property is really beautiful, aesthetically designed. Very private location with a small dip pool that our kids really enjoyed. Complete kitchenwares. Each room has its own bathroom and toilet. A short walking distance to the beach. A Thai resto nearby, Sen Lek Thai La Union, should not be missed. JF is a very kind host, and so is the staff Jayson who took care of our needs.

It's impossible to be more grateful and satisfied. If you are looking for a getaway, this is the best option for families, friends or groups. Privacy and tranquility are the best. The setting is beautiful, we felt right at home. We were able to cook since it is fully equipped and we were even provided with welcome basket and drinking water for the hot/cold dispenser. We felt safe and comfortable. Ate Grace, the villa keeper, is always attentive and willing to help with everything you need. The heated pool was a fav! You won't regret booking this paradise at all. Thank you for always welcoming us to the house and making our vacation the best experience. Can’t wait to book another trip!

The place was perfect for our big family—very spacious and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. In fact, we didn’t even get to use all the rooms because each one already had multiple beds, which was more than enough for us. The admin was incredibly kind and accommodating. She allowed us an early check-in and a late checkout, which made our stay even more convenient. We also accidentally misplaced the keys at first, but she was so understanding and didn’t even ask us to pay for them—thankfully, we found them in the end! The caretakers were also great—very responsive and quick to assist, even just over text. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! We’ll definitely be back next time. 😊

We really enjoyed this big old house! 2 nights and 12 of us and still felt spacious. Everything we needed and Ate Marilyn made sure we were good. Using Google map to find it did not work but the directions in the listing work well ;-) Very quiet area and so nice to sleep with no traffic noises. Beds were good lots of chairs and sofas to lounge on. I especially enjoyed the charm and construction of the house itself. Worth the visit just to marvel at the old school parquet floors! We will return the next time we have a group outing in Baguio city!

We have stayed in established hotels and wanted to try out vacation houses. And this place is very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Just the cozy design of the place is top notch and match to the Baguio feeling. The owners/staffs are very helpful and we can see that they care not just because it is their job, but since they genuinely want to make the stay worth it and linked towards the hospitality of the locals. My family was just very comfortable and happy during our stay. For sure we will stay here again next time we will be back in baguio. 100% RECOMMENDED if your plans is to unwind and have fun.

Comfy, airy and bright (big windows), complete kitchen amenities, clean, and a homey atmosphere. Nearby walkable restaurants. It's beside a busy street so it could get noisy. Other than that, everything seems to be in the right place. I highly recommend this place!

The house we rented was cozy and comfortable. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the location was perfect – close to the attractions but still quiet and peaceful. We especially appreciated the balcony very relaxing for seniors, the cold weather tho. Overall, We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it to others.

Sir John's place was very, very clean and very relaxing. The place is easy to find, and kitchen utensils and everything you need are here. Thanks to Kuya Aman because he's replying immediately and greeted us on our arrival. Though we asked Sir John if we could check in early, there was no response at all. But we arrived late, and it's okay. Overall, we had a great stay, and we'd definitely go back to his place.

We had an awesome stay at Nakpil House! The place was super clean and cozy it really felt like home, which made it easy for our big family to relax. The host was very accommodating and responsive to all our questions, which we truly appreciated. Lucy was also very helpful during our stay and easy to talk to. We really loved the open space it was perfect for bonding and relaxing. The architecture gave the house a unique vibe and made it extra special. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the dishwasher was super useful, especially for a large group like ours. The location was great too very close to SM and the city proper, so everything was convenient. Highly recommended for big families, and we’ll definitely rebook again!

We love the place! It felt like a home away from home. The spacious living room was our favorite. The rooms are all very spacious as well. The kitchen is complete. We used Kai’s place as the prep location for our wedding. The photographers were able to capture a lot of great shots and there was a lot of space for our hair and makeup artists. I’m still giving this listing 5 stars even though there was no internet during the majority of our stay. It was out of the host’s control and he compensated by giving us free drinking water and free late check-out. Our family enjoyed the bonfire as well. Overall, I’m so glad that I found Kai’s place. It was way better than staying in a hotel. The place is close enough that you can just walk to session road in less than 15mins. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet. The price is very reasonable. Will definitely go back and we will recommend Kai’s place to our friends.

We really enjoyed our stay in the bnb. It’s peaceful and away from the busy roads — but still in a convenient location. The rooms were extremely spacious and perfect for our group. Everything was well prepped and clean as well. Ma’am Eden’s very responsive to all our inquiries from the start until the end of our stay. Moreover, they even allowed us to check in early! Overall, a 10/10 vacation and a 10/10 home. ⭐️

We enjoyed staying in Wesley’s place. The road going in the house is really steep hard to park but we get use to it. The house is very spacious, clean, everything we need is there and neighborhood is quiet. Thank you for letting us stay in your place.

Our first in Baguio with the family and staying in a transient house was a good decision. We have our 2 kids and 3 senior citizen so mas komportable talaga ang "bahay" na accomodation. The house is spacious, has 1 room downstairs, 3 rooms at the 2nd floor, 1 big room at the basement, and has 4 comfort rooms and lahat may heater. The host is also very accomodating and kind right from the time we were booking having so many questions and lahat ine-entertain nila. It was proven even more nung first night na nagka-problema ang internet connection at even gabi na, pina-ayos talaga nila para daw magamit namin. They also live just beside it so anything needed, madali lang tlaga sila lapitan. Dahil marami pang hindi napuntahan, definitely we will go back and be in this house again...one comfortable stay we've ever had so far.

Jason's place was a good find. Clean, complete with very nice view. The only downside was the small bathroom. But overall, place was great for small families. Jason was also helpful and attentive to the guests' needs. We'll be back!
