Yalcin was extremely communicative, making it an easy and comfortable stay. The walk to the third floor is a bit of a hike, but Hamdi came to assist both upon checkin and checkout. The hospitality both showed was excellent. The apt is in a bustling area and is a great value.

I had the privilege of staying in the main house for 12 delightful days. ( 4 BR 3 half baths) Perfect location on the Maramara Sea. LOVED watching the marine traffic transit the famous waterway. SO much that I had to drag myself out to eat! The house was much larger than I needed so I stayed downstairs in the honeymoon suite. Living room dining area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Big well furnished terrace (multi level) surrounded by fruit trees. Felt extremely safe and secure. The entrance to the whole compound was by street security keypad. The front door was easily opened by key. The living room had wrap around windows and very comfortable seating which added to the enjoyment of the incredible view!! The entire home and furnishings were top quality. The marble floors and bathrooms were extremely nice. Lots of good restaurants on the seafront. This home was one of the best bnb’s of all time!! It would be a wonderful gathering place for a family get together. ENJOY!

The house was huge yet very comfortable. Everyone had their own private space as well as a perfectly appointed living room where all of us could congregate. The elevator was very much appreciated due to one of our family member’s mobility challenges. Deniz was always very quick to respond and shared multiple links for suggested local activities and the like. He is very nice and courteous. Getting to the metro, which we used every day, was a breeze. The local grocery stores sold all the basic products we needed and there are several very good neighborhood restaurants. We enjoyed our stay in Deniz’s home very much. Grazie, Deniz!
