We stayed here for almost a month and absolutely loved it. The apartment is in the heart of Kadıköy, surrounded by everything we needed, shops, cafés, bakeries, great restaurants, and bars. It’s also a perfect base for exploring not only Kadıköy, Moda, and Bağdat Caddesi, but also the European side via an easy ferry ride. Despite the lively location, the apartment is very quiet. The bedrooms face a peaceful green garden, and the double windows block out street noise. The space is clean, spacious, and comfortable. I especially loved the bright and fully equipped kitchen, with high-quality appliances, all the essentials, and a spacious layout, it made cooking a real pleasure. We also enjoyed working from the quiet back balcony with a garden and city view. The internet was reliable, and the big screen was a bonus for games and movies. Our host Barıs Bey was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful with great local tips. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay had everything we needed and more. Easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and attractions. The only con which was my fault is smoking is allowed in the condo it was stated in the description however I overlooked it. There was a faint smell inside. Overall great place and we enjoyed our stay.

this airbnb is absolutely incredible your like at home in your own apartment we came as a couple you do your own thing in your own time, i would highly recomened it not bad for a price as compared to hotel you pay the same price but you get only a room , here all in one from bedrooms to kitchen and spacious shower room and toilet, you also get security for the building for your safety and lastly great area nice and quiet compared to taksim were it was all noisy all night everyday

The accommodation is very well located near the Galata tower. The view from the room is incredible. The building is vintage and lacks a bit of maintenance. I understand it is a typical Turco department. It is important to know that it does not have an elevator and has to climb 4 flights per staircase. Knowing this, the apartment is very good and the hosts cared for us very well.

Transportation was very easy, very clean,warm and comfortable, the decoration was very nice, thank you very much Mr. Coskun

It's perfectly located and it's a large apartment. Also the building staff were polite. Too bad that the sliding door of the shower was missing and this created some inconveniences. Reception at the hotel available 24/7. Overall, good place to stay.

Everything is near by, the apartment is really clean and tidy. Everything was as described and the communication with Mehment was very easy since he replies very fast. He gave us some recommendations for our trip and offered help for whatever we needed. The check in and check out was really easy going- very flexibel. I sincerely recommend this apartment!

I normally booked somewhere else. However, since the host didn't contact me, I canceled my reservation and booked the Barış brain house at the last minute. She contacted me right away and made a lot of advice and suggestions. He was very friendly and sincere. I stayed at his place as if it were my own. She's a wonderful host. Definitely recommend. It was an amazing experience, although we were crowded, the house was large enough for all our needs. Everything was considered in the kitchen. It was a great getaway where we took advantage of all the amenities of the house. It was a good memory for us to have snow and sit by the fireplace and watch it with the crackling of wood. Mr. Caner was always responsive and met our needs. We'd love to have this experience again.

The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated—exactly as shown in the listing. The location was perfect, close to key attractions, public transport, and some great local restaurants. What really stood out, though, was the Ksenia the host. She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

This is a nice spot in Nişantaşı. Definitely a very safe part of Istanbul that will feel very comfortable for visitors, especially with 24 hour security in the building. The apartment is quiet and peaceful and overlooks a nice courtyard. It's as pictured, and Kerem is a great host, always quick to respond. It's great for one person for short stays.

For anyone arriving by car, I definitely recommend the property since there is a secure parking garage under the building. I will note, though, that navigating the parking garage is a bit tight. If you're in a large SUV you might find it a bit challenging. You should have zero issues in any 'normal' airport rental though. Beyond that, Taksim Square is just a short walk away, small markets for fruit and vegetables, and Istiklal with all of its shopping and such.
