Beautiful apartment, nice and homey decor. A dream view from the balcony for sunrises. A pool rest area inside the accommodation overlooking the bay, you do not need to go out, there is everything for rest and a pleasant afternoon with the family, very quiet place. The beach club is super beautiful, if you walk about 15 minutes, or by car in 5 minutes, it has parking. The beach club has a restaurant where you can eat and drink, not expensive, very affordable prices. The beach is one of the quietest and most beautiful in Vallarta. It's like a big pool and the sea. The host's attention is very clear. The apartment had the essentials and more. I loved that they provided extra towels to take to the beach or pool. I would stay at the place again

The unit is Absolutely beautiful Lots of room and kitchen filled with all needed supplies. The building is Spectacular and the views from the top deck were Magnificent!!! We felt very safe and love the area - One thing is - we were expecting both a private deck to sit on and an ocean view - and had neither of those… but great reason to get out and onto the other decks available - Would highly recommend - and so grateful for such a wonderful place to reconnect and capture precious time with lifelong friends!!!

The place is exactly as described , very nice apartment to stay and the building has nice amenities too, it is close to restaurants and other nice areas. Definitely will stay again.

Kevin and Ceasar are amazing and couldn’t be happier to have stayed at his place. We were in a pickle and needed an urgent reservation in Sayulita and not only was Kevin extremely responsive, he was really helpful in ensuring that we got to the house without any hassle and also made sure we got to the airport on time. I highly recommend this place and even moreso the owner.

It was our first time in Sayulita and studio paraiso was the perfect place to stay! It is not in the middle of the commotion, but the centre of the town and the main beach are only a short walk away. There is even a beach, cafes and restaurants on that street which gave us plenty options. The neighbours were quiet and friendly, including the cats! Amenities/air conditioning worked well, had some coffee and basic spices as well as jugs of purified water which was great. Ignacio was helpful and responsive and left a list of activities in the Airbnb, a sun umbrella, a blanket and some books. The water pressure was a little low, and there was construction around 8-9am every morning. Overall a great stay, we will be back!

The House of Laughter was a sweet lil casa for our group of 4. Very walkable to the main square and beach and we loved having easy access to local markets and coffee/smoothie stops just minutes away. The garden around the front patio is beautiful and well kept and made for an enjoyable space to have breakfast at home or take a nap on the hammock in the front yard. The hosts gave great recommendations and thorough instructions ahead of time. I’d recommend staying here for the cute spot + great price + ideal location for being far enough away from the square to have quiet nights but close enough to walk easily to all the things!

5 stars… 11 out of 10! We cannot say enough positive things about our stay and experience. The home and property are absolutely stunning, pictures do not do it justice. Before you even enter, the beautiful, massive front door lets you know something special awaits. From the moment we opened the door, we were taken aback by the stunning view and aesthetic of the home. Every detail is thought of and the amenities are perfect. We felt like we had our own boutique resort without having to leave the property. It was such a great having the grill and kitchen so we could cook our own meals. One of the most surprising things was being able to actually hear the ocean waves from the pool and primary bedroom. Rene was incredibly helpful from the moment we booked through to checkout. From arranging airport transfer and golf cart to a few local recos, it helped make our trip even more relaxing. We can’t wait to come back and bring family and friends to experience this gem. Highly recommend!

Casa Contenta was an excellent place to stay during our one-week vacation to Sayulita. The house's layout was ideal for my family, and it was also located in a safe area. Diego was a wonderful host when he met us for check-in; he was attentive and inviting and he provided some excellent recommendations with us. Overall, our stay was 10/10, and we would love to return in the future.

We had a great 2 week stay at Janet's place. We had a smooth transfer from from the airport with her transport recommendation. Check-in was easy and the condo was as described. The beach was just steps away and we walked and fished it daily. Everything was in walking distance that we wanted to do, and used Uber for going to San Pancho. We had a successful fishing day with Enrique, who Janet also recommends, and our meal was prepareded at Tierra Viva with the fish we caught. There are so many good restaurants to try! We will definitely be back!

Our group of four adult friends really enjoyed our peaceful stay at this beautifully decorated home. The nearest "Carracito" beach and private dipping pool were both amazing. The house was exactly as pictured and described and we would love to return someday. Sayulita is easily accessible (unless there is construction) but this home is far enough from the noise and hustle to be perfectly restful.

Great place just minutes out of the hustle and bustle of town by golf cart. Beautiful place and Jessica Marie and her husband were super helpful. Can’t wait to go back.

Nice Place. Fantastic patio and pool setup. Safe and private. Excellent beds. Anita was great with helping at check-in which is important because Nav software on your phone isn't likely to get you there. Wifi capacity at the house is pretty thin so don't plan on bringing work down.

This is a gym of a place in Sayulita. It is close to everything and yet provides privacy and peace away from the nightlife when you want to sleep. There is a lot of construction going on in Sayulita - its is growing by leaps and bounds. We did hear construction noise but that did not distract us from enjoying this home and Sayulita. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. We would love to come back!

We really enjoyed our recent stay at this condo in the gated community of Punta Mita. The condo is as pictured and beautifully decorated. There is a huge outdoor patio with different seating areas. The two main bedrooms are very spacious and the small bunk room is suitable for a small child. The daily breakfast was delicious and such as nice treat. This condo is located close to town and central to many of the beach clubs, walking/biking path etc. which made it easy to get around by bike or golf cart. The condo building itself was a bit noisy given it was spring break so many families and kids/teens around but this made it fun for our kids also. This unit does not face the pool, rather it faces the road which can be a bit noisy especially in the mornings with the various delivery and 'work' trucks. Our Concierge was very responsive and helpful and would get back to me within minutes to help out. Highly recommend Vallarta Rentals.

We loved our stay! The place was clean and comfortable and walkable to a very peaceful pool. Ivan helped us with access to a car which was helpful to access the beach club and town. Will absolutely be back!

Panoramic view of the bay of banderas! Gourmet kitchen and stovetop/stove! Lots of drawer space and storage! Winding road to the mountain top towers but safe and lighting at night! Electronic shades very fancy and the wifi was perfect! Furniture impeccable and rustic taste! Short flight of stairs down to condo from parking space well lit. We drove down to the beach club and enjoyed use of the private cabanas! Close to La Cruz and Bucerias

Loved staying here during our stay at Sayulita! Perfect for my husband and I. I didn't believe the other reviewers when they mentioned all the stairs, but boy oh boy there are stairs! But it's worth the trek because this unit is nestled up top a bit away from the others, so it's more private! And this unit comes with it's own private deck/patio, outdoor shower, so it's worth it! Very clean unit! Updated and modern finishes like bathroom, kitchen, etc. I didn't mind this at all, but letting the light sleeper Airbnb'ers know that in the morning the birds are lively and are a built in alarm clock! That's apart of being in the jungle though so we didn't mind :)

This is a great location right on Playa de Bucerias. Tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance and you literally can't get any closer to the beach.

What a beautiful week we spent in Bucerias! Alvaro’s place was perfection! It was immaculate, and stayed cool on those hot and humid days! We loved that every room had an attached bathroom. Plenty of space for our large group. The kitchen was well-stocked, the laundry worked great and there were closets full of towels, extra bedding, games, beach supplies, pillows, etc. the views were INCREDIBLE! We also loved the convenience of a trash chute right down the hall. The staff was great. Friendly, ready to help in any way. The pool was gorgeous and clean, and our favorite place to hang out with big puffy beach chairs, large umbrellas, just steps from the beach. We also enjoyed the delicious food beachside under a large shaded area. Truly, paradise. We plan to return with our family again.

Jun Pablo's accommodation is very nice, spacious and comfortable. It is very close to the corridor that leads to the pool, which makes it very convenient to use the condominium's common areas. It was very clean, and I had all the necessary accessories at hand to make the stay amazing

Johno and Ken’s condo is wonderful! It is well furnished, comfortable beds, hot showers and great views. The location cannot be beat! It would be hard to find a location that is minutes to town but on the beach. The condo building is secure and has a beautiful heated pool and hot tub. They are huge! We have stayed at a lot of AirBNB’s and this one is defiantly top’s. We hope to stay here again in the near future.
