Can't beat the location! The apartment is tucked back in a private, secluded area, yet it's steps from the beach. We would walk to the shore any time of day to take in the gorgeous view, or we'd sit on the patio for coffee or a drink. This part of the beach is quieter than in downtown; it has a much more laidback feel. Yet the town center is a 5-15 minute walk away, depending on where you go, so you can rent a golf cart for an easy ride around town or you can simply walk everywhere. The apartment is comfortable and cool with a nice kitchen if you decide to make meals. On the first night there was some loud music from the nearby bar, but that was the only night with loud activity outside. There's some inevitable street noise but the windows shut out some of it, and what's actually the loudest sound is the waves crashing! It's surprisingly loud but quite soothing. We didn't meet Luz María but she is responsive, helpful, and friendly and we felt we were in good hands.

Great place to stay clean and quiet close to all amenities

We enjoyed our stay very much! The casita was perfect- with everything you would need. Paul was a very attentive host, and the setting was peaceful and beautiful. We would return on our next trip to La Cruz.

A lovely spot. Quiet and private. The pictures don’t show it but there is a table with two chairs on the patio outside the studio as well as on the roof. On that patio all you see is green, it’s lovely. Kitchen has everything you need to cook, lots of pots and pans. 25 minute walk to a large shopping area with a Mega and La Comer as well as a gym. About 45 minutes to the centre of Buccerias, 25 to the first restaurants and to Chedraui. Pool very clean and rarely used, lovely beach. We enjoyed it very much and hope to come back again.

I loved Donnas Place. Very private and I felt secure as a solo female traveler. Donna is the best host. She greeted me upon arrival, recommended restaurants and was very nice. She also does massages which makes this Airbnb THE BEST!!!!!! I was looking for a nice place to relax and this was it. Thank you Donna!!!

Great space and community environment. Hosting onsite and very available. Great location. Room is small and simple and exactly what I was looking for. Hot water and outdoor kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay at Gaia Villa, and Betsy and Manuel were excellent hosts. The property consists of one large residence with individual villas spread across different “floors” — 7 or 8 in total, including the owner’s on-site villa. The pool is shared among all guests, and the standout features include the newly renovated facilities, reliable hot water, a clean drinking water filtration system, comfortable beds, and fast WiFi. Guests can also enjoy stunning sunsets from the rooftop. The beach and town center are about a 10-minute walk away. The path is rustic with a slight incline, offering an authentic taste of Mexico. While you may hear some general noise, including nearby roosters, it’s all part of the charm. We would definitely book again!

Close to a lot of good restaurants.

Kristen’s home is exactly as described and as wonderful as all the previous renters reviews. The property is so beautiful…the trees and flowers are lush and tropical, the pool is pristine and the outdoor shower is such a special touch. The living space is breezy and comfortable and the a/c in the bedroom is perfect for sleeping and blocks some of the noise if there is an event in the town square or neighborhood. Lo de Marcos is so safe and the locals are super kind. The beach is beautiful and there are great restaurants!! We will be back again, hopefully soon!

Excellent place to rest, we liked the cleanliness, the towels, amenities, the pool and the outdoor shower, the terrace for cooking and the other terrace for resting while watching the sea. I recommend this place and the beautiful beach. Wear appropriate footwear to enter the beach and rent a car to move to other beaches and villages. Alex recommended that we visit the Cerro del Mono (excellent view). Alex also kept the Airbnb clean, he was very kind. We will return to this beautiful, peaceful place.

Estuve en la semana de fin de año e inicio del siguiente. Todo está muy cerca, buenos restaurantes, cerca de la playa y con doble seguridad. Estoy seguro de volver nuevamente a este lugar. An excellent place which you can enjoy at every moment, it is first-class accommodation, super comfortable, very large and cozy, David's attention is unmatched. I was there during the week of the end of the year and the beginning of the next. Everything is very close, good restaurants, close to the beach and with double security. I am sure to return to this place again.
